    Fantastic news. Congratulations! I saw some one on another group that applied December and was granted yesterday. Slowly moving ..surely the rest of January's have to be coming soon ! Fingers crossed !

    Hi thanks for the reply. I just checked with my mum who went through the process around 9 months ago and she said that she did it all under one immi account , she just did a new application . I wonder why they request different things from different people

    I dont have 2 separate accounts both done in one account ... Will this be a problem?? I'm sure my mum did it this way too and was granted her visa but I will have to double check with her

    That's good news I keep debating ringing but then don't. I've only just qualified so it's really hard for me to start applying for jobs and I daren't till we get the green light so i just feel like everything is on hold ! I just feel like Fridays keep coming and going but I keep waiting for a post from you to say you've had good news as I know your dates are similar

    Just a quick question ... so I'm the sponser and just did another " sponser " application ( I'm guessing this is the 40sp through the immi account. My husband's has changed to further assesment after the RFI was completed and says last updated 11th June. However the sponser part has just stayed the same and last updated March which was when I did the form . Is this the same for everyone else or was I meant to create an entirely new account?! .. keep looking for things i could have done wrong to explain the delay even though I'm fully aware you guys are all in the same boat!

    Is anyone else just a citizen by decent and applied ?? Getting worried now as all my info - birth cert etc is British but I have citizenship from my mum. I've provided my citizenship certificate to prove this but I'm my RFI they asked for full Birth cert and passport .. starting to panic now that hubby may not be able to get the visa!!

    Processing times have gone up today by a month probably due to the lack of any grants this month! I'm sick of logging in to check I feel like it's becoming slightly obsessive!

    Congratulations both! That's amazing news! Our medicals were uploaded 4/06/19! Feels like so long ago ... hopefully more to come over the rest of the month! ...

    Thank you! Yes ours was submitted 21st Jan and RFI all submitted by June 11th . It's so frustrating when you don't hear anything for so long ! Where is it your going? Fingers crossed it's before September !!

    I think I also submitted around the same time as yo and patiently waiting. 21st Jan and RFI 24th May. Police and medicals 4th June. X

    Hi .. I am a long time lurker too. We applied for my husband and children's 309/100 on 21st Jan 2019. Had RFI yesterday for police and medicals for all of them .. was holding out as long as possible as I dont qualify until July so wanted to give ourselves more time. The RFI asks for my passport bio page too but I don't yet have an Aussie passport as my citizenship is by decent... does it need to be or can I use my British one as i don't think i can cope with medicals/police and passport costs within 28 days !!!Thanks

    Hi , thank you for replying. When i went on to check the cost of the 101 its $2470 plus $£620 for the second child . I guess it works out at similar price if this is the case anyway! Thanks

    Hi yes i know thanks, thats where i checked it but it gave me different prices if i did the 309 with the children added on and did a 309 and 101 seperately. This is what confused me

    Sorry for the daft question, this is my first post on here. Has anyone applied for both a 309 and 101 together? Want to get a price for my husband and 2 children as i have my citizenship by decent and my family have all emigrated but confused as when i go on pricing estimatior on the immi site a 309 with 2 under 18s is roughly £6,170. However on the same estimator a 309 is £3939 on its own and if i do 2 x 101s together it is £1390 which is £5329 combined?? Is it cheaper to apply seperate and is there discount for more than one child or do i have the wrong end of the stick. Also do you apply for the partner and child visas together with the timescales being so different for processing ?? Or can i apply for the partner then the childrens after 12 months of waiting. Its so mind baffling. Any advice would help- sorry if its a confusing post And thanks for reading
