    Morning all, I have just received the golden email. 309 visa signed off today. I have just booked a week holiday in bali to enable me to accept the visa as I am currently onshore. Timeline for those still waiting was front ended application on 10th April. Wife aussie and two kids joint nationality. Further info requested on 13th October. Visa signed off on 13th November. Not a lot of partying I can do in Meekatharra tonight, but a relief nonetheless. All the best to those still waiting.

    I just had a panic about comments on the "I confirm I have provided information as requested" button based in comments above. I have had a request for more information and account has progressed to "further assessment". I uploaded all additional information requested on the 15th October (2 days after the request). I noted that mhaffie had a 10 day turn around in a similar situation. My concern is that the "I confirm...... As requested" button is greyed out for me, but all documents are stated to be received. Thoughts??

    They asked for my wife to complete a 40SP form. This may have been an omission on my part. Then they requested proof my wife was a Australian citizen. They already have the signed copy of my wife's passport, so I think they have made a mistake there.

    All, I received an email on Friday afternoon requesting more information. I applied with a full front loaded application on April 10th. Iam hoping that if they have this information provided to them by tomorrow that in the relatively near future the visa will be signed off. My wife and kids are already over there. The last month has been challenging enough as it is and I have a flight booked on the 25th.

    Congratulations DufusJufus77. Positive news. Can you confirm you will be posting on here when yours is approved Jon the Hat. I think you are probably next. I applied on 10th April and would appreciate knowing that things are moving.

    I, like some others on this string, applied in mid April. Very similar situation. Married for 7 years with two children who have joint nationality. If anyone who happens to view this string who has had a decision made on their application which was lodged in February or March please post their timeline. This would provide a level of reassurance that things are still moving. I have heard nothing, but provided everything which was required. Thanks in advance.
