  1. Thank you. Processing time based on web is not 8 years, is that a typo?
  2. Hi all I have been in Australia since 2015 on 457 and April 2019 I had my PR granted. I am a single mum and have 2 kids under 18. My income is 55k plus super since 2015. I want to apply for my mum on sub 143. I have read on different sources but still confused. Please help me with the questions below: 1. Am I qualified to sponsor my mum now since my PR is just granted in Apr 2019? 2. To my research, my income is enough for AoS. Pls advise if it is correct. 3. My mum is holding visitor sub 600 with no 8503 condition. This means I can apply onshore for her while she is here on visa 600? 4. What is the best visa to apply? 143 or 173 and why? My mum is 76 years old now. Thank you very much for your help.
  3. Congratulations to your good news May I ask you said 3rd time lucky apply PR. What do you meant by 3rd time?
  4. @Andy Truong, to my knowledge, if he withdraws 186 visa application, then he is still valid on his 457 until it expires. But as @Hex said, it is a free based 186 so why withdraw then. As he is a dependent so whatever visa you are on, his visa is the same. If he wants to stay longer in Australian, he can apply for another visa onshore while he is on 457. Bridging visa will be issued once he lodged his new visa application.
  5. Does anyone face this problem today? I tried few times but the same error happened
  6. IELTS valid in the 3 years before you applied for the visa, so it depends on when you applied https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/help-support/meeting-our-requirements/english-language/competent-english
  7. My one still unchanged. I believe everyone has started doing refreshing game now :)-
  8. Is it back again to 10-15 months after you saw 12-18 months? My one still shows 12-18 months
  9. Thanks @Hex. I understand that. However, my case is different and I do have a question and seek your guess/understanding. Please check your Inbox. Thanks
  10. The Police check valid for one year. I had mine expired and I re-applied as well as re-uploaded. Medicals also valid for one year but I do not redo until I am told to do so.
  11. I think @Sickofqueues is right. I found this information which might be useful to read: https://migrationdownunder.com/457-visa-changes/
  12. One person got her PR granted after only 10 months though her profession had been removed since July 2017. I called that the luckiest person
  13. I think all dependents are relevant to the main applicant, depends on how serious the issue is and whether CO thinks that person will be safe or costs the country if issued a PR. That's why dependents also have to submit necessary documents, together with the main applicant. One of the examples is here, PR rejected due to the daughter's illness https://www.sbs.com.au/yourlanguage/punjabi/en/article/2017/06/14/indian-family-faces-deportation-due-daughters-illness
  14. This waiting game is kilking me. I wish you all the best and golden mail comes soon.
  15. Bella, so far all my GP appoinments, scans, examinations are all covered. But I asked because I don't know what are hidden behind that they are not covered.
