  1. Dear all, Is there any place or phone call I can make to complain about my case which is already under initial assessment for over 2 years?
  2. No news from the nomination until now. Good news will come one day if we work hard. I hope you will get a happy ending as well. I have already booked a getaway holiday to Tasmania this Christmas. Sometimes life is tough but we should have hope and go on. Everyone should keep the faith! Fighting!
  3. i am still waiting for the payment link as well. Same as you it has been 5 months. No worries. We just wait ,it surely will come. Don't lose hope.
  4. They just asked me to show the evidence of partner's English ability, but not giving a link to pay the payment. We submit health and AFP, but no further assessment comes. MA said just wait them to provide the payment link. But no news.
  5. I have the same situation with you. DE 186 lodged April 2017, on April 2018 CO ask for medical checks and partner's English ability. MA submitted all the documents required. No reply since then. MA said "just wait". Nomination still received.
  6. it depends on what kind of situation of your employer's business and the reasons why nomination got refused. I have a colleague who got his first 186 nomination refused because the employer's business is not running big enough to hire oversea workers, but immediately the MA changed the application subclass and asked for a 457 nomination for him. This time a different case officer handled it and he finally got the 457 visa approved. Wish you luck bro.
  7. since Dec 2016.....are you offshore? did you get any call from the homeaffairs?
  8. guys I need your help. What do you think if I buy my employer's business during my 186 DE visa application? Can my partner or myself buy it? Is there any influence to my visa application? If 186 DE rejected during this time, can I continue to ask for a TRT?
  9. when did your nomination get approved? The grant surely will be very soon. Mostly today. Good luck mate!
  10. if you got nomination refused, then your bridging visa is expired. You have to keep buying 457 insurance again. Better to keep everything safe.
  11. my case has opened as well this April, but nomination still waiting. Don't know what they have done.
  12. seems no updates from application in April 2017 DE...... what happened to the home affairs....
  13. yes, you can if you are on-shore. Go medicare website and apply it. You don't need to buy the 457 insurance any more.
  14. It is for your partner if he/she cannot meet the requirement of English competence. (kids under 18 --- no need) If he/she comes from english-speaking countries or his/her english can meet the IELTS 4.5 score or equivalence , then give the evidence. So that you don't need to pay the language fee around $4000 to the Australian government. If he/she cannot, then you should pay the language fee. It is the last step of assessment. When nomination approved, your documents all good, then CO will give you the link to pay language fee.
  15. then you have to wait until the nomination gets approved. After that, CO will give you the link to pay language fee.
  16. Have you got the nomination approved? If approved, then the visa will soon arrive. NO WORRIES. My MA had a client who got her visa granted after paid the language fee for three months. BTW, Did the CO give you the link to pay the language fee or you just got CO's letter to tell you show the evidence? Because mine is a correspondence from CO and asking for proof of evidence from my partner, but not giving the link. My MA said we have to wait them to give the link to pay. Anyone knows about this?
  17. My MA indeed told me before that actually only the MA or employer can contact them about the status because employer was asking for a nomination, not us, and MA is helping the employer to go through all the process and document submitting, not us. If the nomination gets approved. it is MA's task to ask about our visa's processing status. If using a MA, then immi depart CO would contact your MA directly, not us. Actually my MA has contacted the CO recently but MA said better not hoping them would give any answer because if it is not our turn to get assessed, then there would be no answer. Calling them is a waste of time, no use. They just set up a place for us to tell the frustration, but not taking any action. And we never get any true answer. If we have done all things, we have to wait. Don't lose hope.
  18. I think if the application passed the initial waiting period, then they would take action immediately. Otherwise, they will just leave you there and do nothing.
  19. mine has got this below. I have told my MA and she said all required documents have been already submitted at the time when they received the co's correspondence three months ago. But I don't know why this message is still on the front page of my imm. account? Is anyone in the same situation as well?
