I applied for ens186 September 2017. All documents submit. No problem in documents. File opened in June. Straightway got nomination refusal reason no genuine position showing in paper. MA provide all the documents. It's very desperate time immi didn't ask for documents. Don't know what we do now. AAT taking long time.

Samson i think AAT appeal called merit review. Internal review is different from aat appeal.
