Rcb ,visa and nomination applied in june 2017 and got call this thursday . Case officer requested for documents same day.

My employer got call from immigration but after 45 minutes of that case officer approved nomination and opened the file for visa and requested other documents ( police check and medicals) same day.

After nomination approval you will be given tracker id for immiaccount from immigration department. So that you can see the progress of your application.

Don't worry . They will call again. Getting call from them is positive sign...all the best !

Rcb visa nomination all together applied in june 2017 chef DE NSW Rcb approved in 5 weeks back in july or august 2017 Immigration called my employer today and got nomination approved after couple of hours of that call..file for visa not opened yet and agent told me that visa file will open in couple of days... Waiting to hear from agent for further information And visa file opened yesterday same day too. My nomination got approved yesterday and my friend's last week. Straight after nomination visa file opened...my agent got a mail for further documents request. They came across first.

From june again. Me and my friend applied in june 2017. My other friend from 2016 DE 187 still waiting.... It looks like immigration is opening june 2017 files nowadays.

Yes..we did and that is still valid so we gonna send the same certificate again.

We did't do medicals last year...its first time. My agent said files are taking more than one year to open so better to wait.

Hello everyone my visa file has opened as I received an e mail three hours ago for further documents. M asked for medicals, police check AFP and spouse's ielts score.

They asked that whether my employer need staff in current time too??? Coz my boss was seeking for staff from last year. And asked that who is working as chef now and my boss named me as m only chef there. And other related stuff to business such as no. Of employees in kitchen, my (chef) role, whether he is happy from my work or not....why he needs me....

Hi ! Gunn. Could you plz tell me about your work experience?? I mean, did u applied as chef straight or had experience prior to apply for visa? I worked as cook for three months and straight after applied for rsms as chef...just wondering that will it effect my visa?

Thanks Nimmgaya. I have started my job last week there full time. I am on bridging visa since june 2017. I was left with the study so thought that I should finish this first. But now my friends and known are saying that I was supposed to start my work right after getting bridging visa. Hoping for positive results.

Hello everyone...i applied for rsms as chef last year in june and on brindging visa since then. My rcb got approved but waiting for nomination and visa. I was studying in victoria so was not able to start my job from where I applied rsms. My study finished last week and now I am moving to nsw to start my job as chef there. My MA said that it is not mundatory to start employment before to get visa approval. But I am just little confuse that will it effect my visa in future although I have submitted my certificates to immigration. I did mention to immigration while putting my application on form 80 that studying " doing bechlors". Plz help me ...all my friends are saying that it will effect on ur visa.

How do we check that...sorry I have no idea about it...that's why asking...
