Thanks for the reply. But I found that
‘They have completed at least 5 years of full-time study in a secondary and/or higher education institution where all of the tuition was delivered in English.’
Hmm....They have no mentions where to finish the Secondary study......right?
Where do you come from? Which part of the world? Is it in English speaking country?
Do risk yourself again, it was hard path you been through. Think straight ahead.. let yourself move on.
If don’t you might not get a second chance mate. Just move on

Position : restaurant manager, 2 applicants, 14 months
Congratulation mate !
well deserved. Probably immigration drug you into 2018-2019 financial year rather should have put you in previous financial year. Intension is literally unfair. We don’t know whats going on.
but indeed few of us getting in slowly

I have been on 457 visa since 2016 August, and my company is going to apply 186 TRT for me on 2018 August, and we will submit visa application and nomination together at the same time.
I would like to know:
IELTS test result is valid for three years, so can I use my IELTS received on November 2015?
Shall I complete health check and no crime certificate before I submit visa application and nomination, or shall I do it a few months after I submit my nomination and visa application?
The homeaffairs website says that Temporary Residence Transition under 186 takes up to 12 months at this moment. This 12 months is for nomination + visa application or it is just for visa application?Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Kane
Hi,
your Ielts score is valid if you lodge your nomi+visa before November 2018.
you need AFP and Overseas POlice check certi (PCC) but you don’t need medical at the begging of the lodgement. May be later when immi asks for it.
hope it helps
Good luck !

Ture, we never know.... just wondering if there anybody got nomination approved before lodge visa application~
I guess some guys apply visa along with nomination for number of reasons.
One is to enrol into medicare and another one could be their existing visa expires. There is nothing difference if you apply visa because immi will process your nomination first.
My recommendation to you is if you have existing visa and valid for more than 1 year then wait nomination to be granted, in worst case at least you can save your visa fee up. And reapply nomination again soon after.
hope it helps

I got my Australian PCC on 5th Jan 2018.
Just wondering, do I need to renew my PCC or is it valid for 12 months?
Hi,
i believe you meant Australian “AFP” not PCC. PCC terms use for overseas. But Australia its AFP.

Hi Ciacio,
I have bit confusion about the processing stage. According to your immi account it refers to stage 4 which is close to finalise as it is second last of finalise. But Nomination hasn’t been approved. With my case nomination is approved but it shows in immi account that its Initial assessment which is stage 3. Confused !
