    Sorry, it was actually additional documents request email which I received on 22nd nov '18. My date of marriage is 23rd Oct 2017. No kids. Yes, I did say in application that I would work in Australia. Currently, I am not working, left my job five months ago.

    They asked very basic questions like my name and date of birth, my husband's name and his birth date. Our date of marriage and my highest qualification. They asked whether i do job. What was your dol?

    Hi! I just received interview call today. They asked me to submit document of highest degree and transcript. I have original degree and transcript from my university but I haven't attested them from HEC. Should I submit my degree as it is? Will it cause any problem?

    I cannot imagine what you would be going through but my prayers are for you. Try to be proactive, if you can, meet your family. Remember, one day you will eventually be with your family so try your best to keep yourself collected.

    Applied on 23rd feb '18. No interview. Further documents requested on 22nd nov '18 and submitted them on 14th dec.

    Hi! Want to ask is it necessary to use affidavit paper for Affidavit/Statutory declaration? If someone writes statement on a plain paper and is signed by both a person and oath commissioner, would it be still valid?

    Has anybody here applied for family sponsored visit visa prior or after applying spouse visa? After how many days you got the visit visa? Did you have the interview?

    Hi all! I am from Pakistan and applied for spouse visa 309 in Feb, 2018. Has any Paki applied in same time frame? What is your progress so far? I have noticed in my immi account that processing times have increased to 21-26 months! Have they changed policy? Would they now be issuing spouse visa after 2 years?

    Since Pakistan is a high risk country, and from what I read, they have increased security checks which causes delays in processing. That's why I want to hear from them and their experiences.

    Hi! I applied for 309/100 visa on 23rd Feb'18. I have cleared my medicals and uploaded recommended docs. Does anybody here have an idea when can I hear from CO? I know the general processing timelines. Just wanted to hear from paki people who have been granted visa or are in the process.

    Hi all, I am from Pakistan and recently we applied for spouse visa on 23rd Feb'18. On my medicals, I mentioned that I have been recently treated with OCD (without compulsive behavior) which was diagnosed about 2 years ago. After getting letter from MOC to take additional test, I contacted local panel clinic where my previous medical was performed. After a lot of hassle, I got the appointment and met with psychiatrist. It has been a month that this psychiatrist has not forwarded the report. I tried to contact clinic and they always comes with excuse about how they are unable to contact psychiatrist due to his busy schedules. My question is what should I do in this situation? To keep doing what am I doing or to write in reply to letter that I received from embassy about ongoing delays. I wanted to apply for visit visa meanwhile but I am afraid they would ask me again for health assessment and I can't go through all this again. Please advice me.
