    Yes.. This is true. We just didn't want to take the risk of loosing all our money and decided to wait for Nomination approval first.. Loosing all the money vs waiting another couple of months extra ?.... Like you said, no mistake at all. I think You have a little more peace of mind having the Nomination approval in place. But.. I see some people withdraw the visa application after nomination refusal. Will they get their money refunded if you withdraw quick enough? If not, why do you need to withdraw?

    No, think its a general notification on all immi accounts. I also saw it this morning.

    @Austin our nomination was approved after 7 months and we submitted our Visa 2 weeks after nomination approval (March 2018). We are close to 6 months now, waiting for the Visa Approval. All we can do is wait and Be Positive ... ?, although its so hard and the waiting is driving all of us a little crazy!

    You can import your application into immi account. You will need to get the reference number from your MA. Think you can import using the TRN ref number and you can only see the status of the VISA application and not the nomination

    Sounds like you have a staff loan? If they paid the fees and deduct from your wages. Staff loan is not a tax deduction for you or for the Employer, but it would not hurt for a Tax Agent to look into this for you. You can claim a deduction for expenses you incur in managing your Tax affairs (Using Tax Agent)

    Congratulations!!! If I'm correct, you are the second Graphic pre press trade occupation with approval in the last 2 weeks or so. Yet again, another sign that they perhaps do look at applications in batches of occupation.

    Hi All, I've restored a copy of the sheet, before all 2016 tabs got deleted on 21 June 2018. So, if you guys can just add and make the changes to the sheet if you have done any changes after 21 June 2018. If that is a big pain, I can always restore the sheet to the version of today, without all the 2016 Tabs? But i think its good to have all the applications on there!!!

    Just a quick question.. When we submitted our application it said that the English test "must have been completed within 36 months of visa application lodgement". Today I saw the immi website saying 12 months and not 36 months. Did anyone else see this or Am I crazy?? Was it always 12 months?
