i was asked to submit further documents in feb 2018 , all submitted in March and 173 visa grant in july 2018

as my mom was in Australia and for marriage certificate both you them need to be in India

yes ,they asked me as well but as my mom was in Australia that time so couldn't provide it . I  provided ration card copy instead .

congratulations to all those who got second  payment request. it looks like its happening now

 At last after 2.5 months I got letter  from PVC yesterday and they wrote they cannot open my attachments and asked to send again . All done and now wait period starts again.

just got news from my friend her parents are  granted  visa 143 last week,  file lodged on  14 Jan 2015 .

just called immi and asked them about progress of my application lodged 36 months ago  and got the best answer

processing is 48 months so wait  ha ha........... feel like
