Guyssssssss helppppi just contact the immigration and the man says your file is under processing but on my account is still received why? should the status change? Or change just if the CO ask for more document? or maybe the man lied to me?

So they just give you this generic response only? even it your processing time expired we can’t make a complaint we can’t call them because is no sense but they want our money of course and our life perfect
