I think that your employer is not a approved sponsor anymore. In order to be a approved sponsor employer need to pay money towards training benchmark. The letter clearly said that your employer cease to be an approved sponsor . You need to check with your employer about standard business sponsor(SBS).

I did check with rcb Geelong, they don't accept Facebook or gumtree ads. Newspaper ad for a month is the minimum requirement but they suggest to do more than one ad. -
How many advertisements employer need to done in a newspaper in order to apply for 187 visa. Is their anything written in a immigration law.

I need to apply rsms visa offshore before 28 th feb. actually the problem is my husband and my son passport is expired. The question is can I apply my rsms visa before 28 th and left the country and later add my son and my husband in my visa application. Is it possible to do that.
