Hi everyone i got a good news to share with you guys finally I got an golden email yesterday applied nomination on augest 2018 and visa oct 2018 nomination approved 6th augest 2019 same day they requested for medical 16th augest medical done. finally got PR on 9th September 2019. this forum being very helpful. Thank you so much to all of you. I wish you guys all the best.

Immi only asked for medical and My medical was done on 16th aug. it's been one week. Everything else was on up to date. Hoping to get a good news in couple of week. I know sometimes it took longer . But hoping the best for us.

usually take 2 to 3 weeks. Actually I am on the same step too. When did you had the medical done?

Hi guys i applied rob & nomination in July 2018 and visa in oct 2018. Rcb was refused after 3 months. case officer opened my file on 18 th June and no documents asked. Co only asked explanations for refused rcb which agent provided With in a week. nomination approved on 6th of augest and same day visa file is opened. They only asked for medical. I booked medical on 16th. Hoping I am nearly there. I saw few people on this forum worrying about their rcb refusal. I don't think we need to worry about it because lot of councils are not approving rcb nowadays.

Hi Preet it says your email address is not registered with immigration for reply. If you want to complaint about any matter, you have to tell your migration agent to do that. I hope it helps.

You need to check name on your all certificates and also name on the passport. Does they all match it? Or people on work call you with a different name and you or your employer mention it in the files. Sometimes there is only a error in spelling , you need to check for every aspect. If they ask you to do it , there could be something.

Which area in Victoria? I just want to know how far are you from melbourne. because some migration agents says that it's hard to get 187 approved if you live too close to urban area I.e geelong, Ballarat.

You have to look regulation 2.83 of the migration regulation. Your sponsor need to provide a fresh sbs. In order to get your nomination approved, firstly he need to get sbs. At the moment , letter says he is cease to be an approved sponsor that mean your owner can't sponsor you until he gets standard business sponsorship (sbs). Wish you luck.

Khalsa ji dont do a big mistake. When you get rsms that means you promise to live and work in reginal area. If you are married, your family have to stay in regional too. Government is refusing citizenship to the people who are not fulfilling their promise. I hope you understand.

You had applied rsms visa 187 , the work experience required by 187 is same for all the states unless you are exempted. You had to check your occupation requirements under rsms visa on the home affairs website.

I am in the same boat. I applied 187 visa on July 2018. According to my knowledge, experience should be after your qualification.
