Plz try to convince ur employer. I regret to inform u that AAT appeal for visa been rejected in 10 days because there was no appeal for nomination for a guy I met last month. So talk to a good lawer or else try to convince ur employers that u r going to buy sometimes for nomination appeal as anytime it can be withdrawn.

I got letter from Medicare saying that i am not eligible for Medicare facilities anymore as they got adviced from IMMI. Since i applied for appeal to AAT and still I have bridging visa in effect so I should still get Medicare facilities. Any one has same situation please advice.

It has been changed after getting AAT acknowledgement letter.

I have applied AAT for visa refusal Thursday. Still expiry date hasn't been changed. Expiry date showing 8th March. Exactly 28 days after refusal date.

Does it change automatically or we have to inform immi with appeal accknowledgement?

Hi I'm in same situation. My nomination has been refused 15th January. Same reason supervisors duties. Already applied appeal to AAT for nomination 22nd January. Visa refused 1st February. Appeal 1st February. Now my bridging visa status showing expiry showing 8th March 2018. My question is that does anyone knows when status will be changed to normal as already applied fo appeal? Any comments would be highly appreciated
