I also got my golden email today. So happy finally got it. nomination refused: Jan 2018 AAT lodged: Feb 2018 AAT decision and nomination approved: May 2019 Visa Approved: 1 July 2019 Retail manager

They will send you a request letter once they open your file, for me, beside the company document, o chart...I need to proved all evident related on my duties. The details listed in ANZSCO, then i separate them into each folder, manager role such as how you do the marketing...how you deal with supplier...you may have previous email to prove the above task if you currently working in the sponsor position. But anyway your agent should guide you through the process, if not, you should find a reliable agent.

No hearing, they approved after i provided all document based on AAT request.

My visa got refused on Jan 2018, and I applied AAT feb 2018. After 14 months I got request further information letter from AAT and ask me to provide evidence with 10 days. As the time was too rush and it also Easter holiday on that period, my agent had 4 days off in a row so he ask for the extension from AAT and I got another 1 week to prepare information. my refused reason was IMMI thought my duties related on supervisor not manager, so I focused mainly on my tasks and give them all necessary evident to prove I was handling manager role. But your agent should guide you and give you direction. AAT will tell you in this letter what you should provide and so does your agent should clearly tell you based on the letter.

Hi Lewis, may i I ask how to you know the clearance has been sent from Hong Kong? They should send this to IMMI department directly? As I send the application to Hong Kong Police last week, but i don’t know when they will send it back to Aus, is any way can check?

I think it’s not an issue if you have share in the business, as long as you can be able to prove your sponsored position is genius, meaning that they don’t think you run the shop for migration purpose, if the position you nominated is needed in your work place, then you can prove why the company need you as retail manager as no other director can manage the shop (e.g other director has other business engagement etc)...and you definitely can appeal to AAT with your evident proving only you handle retails manager task. Did you apply AAT review? Or you just refused from IMMI for nomination part?

Hi yes I also got S56 request information finally after 2.5 weeks AAT remitted to department. I need to get police check back from home country which may need to take 3 weeks to process. I hope they can work faster on our case as I been told by agent that IMMI won’t hold too long for the set aside case from AAT. But I wonder why my visa status was finalized? Was they because my visa refused before ?

Hi MNT, My nomination has been approved without hearing. Now the case remit to department. is your visa grant yet? I am now waiting the officer from immigration and I need the letter from them to process police check in my home country. i m so happy today when I received the outcome. I agreed good agent is a must to win the case.

We provided the submission explain all areas set by the regulation for 187 are met. And business background, o chart, all my evidences for the daily work by each categories, but today I haven’t got any updated by agent. So hopefully I can hear from them with the positive outcome soon.

Hi MNT, Congratulations for your AAT case approval. I am totally in the same boat as you and I am in SA too and my ma was second appointed based in Sydney as my previous MA in Adelaide. my agent just submitted all the documents requested from AAT today. I have been waiting 14 months since AAT application lodged and I wish I can get this positive response in 1 day without hearing. Wish me luck and I will share my case later with you. Wai

）hi shar24 i have exactly same position same rejected reason and going to appeal. Do you find agent do it for you or you do this by yourself? I think your agent will guide you. I will change the new ma becoz I think the one help to to submit my RSMS not enough follow up and didn’t submit my updated document before immi rejected.
