    Me too, going to apply 3rd time DE, will there be any negative record in the immigration department which lower the chance of success? Anyone got visa granted after 2nd or 3rd time refusal?

    Planning to lodge the nomination and visa application soon, what is the difference between onshore and offshore application? Will onshore application has a high chance for approval (DE)? Thinking whether need to move in earlier or wait for the approval.

    Anyone know the implementation date for the new SAF (Skilling Australia Fund), it passed the Senate few days ago. And it will replace the current training benchmarks.
