Hi lilly 23 they don't take phone enquires any more. I have been emailed them heaps of times. Everytime they come up with same reply application is going thru mandatory checks. Which is not even completed after 18 months. It is terribly dreadful situation for me my wife and a kid
Jibran, its really painful. Specially the waiting time. I pray you get your application processed as soon as possible so that your family can join you in Australia.
The only thing I reckon there might be some mismatch (contradiction) in your provided/uploaded documents due to which the relevant agencies (NADRA, union council, police clearance etc) are taking time to resolve. You may revisit your uploaded document to find discrepancies, if any. This is just a thought which might not be correct at all.
Also, I think you should keep uploading your communication/finance logs and especially new pictures if you've spent anytime with your wife and kid in your last visit to Pakistan.
Fingers crossed !!

Just a thought.... in Generic e-mail
i) Do they ask for only additional documents which you have not submitted
or
ii) It is a big checklist for you to verify whatever you have provided. if you have provided everything already then ignore it. else, provide some docs?
In our case, they're asking to provide things which we didn't provided earlier. So in short they didn't ask any thing extra or new.

Just go to Nadra office and there they can fix this up. at max the documents you would need to show are. Form B of your siblings. and their NIC numbers. by this family tree would be available and they can add missing siblings
Yes, I did went expecting the same. But they said missing siblings cannot be added until any one of the sibling renew NIC and during this renew they will add the missing sibling. This way the system will be updated and I'll get my complete FRC showing all siblings.

Thanks, I submitted both FRC's i.e. before marriage and after marriage version.
Thank you for replying. Actually I'v by marriage which I will submit. However. NADRA FRC by siblings do not show all of my siblings in FRC. I asked this from NADRA and they replied, any one of the sibling has to renew his/her NIC and during renew of NIC the details (NIC numbers) of other siblings need to be added. This way my FRC with siblings will have all siblings details as well. I understand what NADRA is saying, but am afraid it will take time as one of my brother is in middle east whose NIC is expired and that will take time too to process to renew his NIC. I'm not sure / confused what to do in this case? Any legal advise please feel free to share? Many thanks.

Please No !! Ours is 24 Feb 2018. And we're amazed how they jumped on March 2018? Perhaps the COs are different for Feb and March?

Hi All,
Allhamdulillah my wife got her visa today.
We lodged online from Pakistan.
DOL: 20 January 2018
DOI: None
DOG: 06 November 2018
We did not receive any generic email or interview. Direct grant email with the grace of God.
I would recommend everyone to keep uploading documents and evidence to your immi account. Based on our experience, it speeds up the process.
Thank you everyone for the wishes and prayers. We couldn't be more happier.
This forum has been really helpful. I hope everyone waiting gets their grants soon.
Congratulations !!
Apart from the basic checklist of Partner Visa, did you also uploaded specific document checklist of Islamabad Office? For example, two separate statutory declaration from Pakistan of supporting witness, NADRA FRC (Family Registration Certificate) etc etc. Please reply.
Thanks.

Yes definitely get it translated in English. Get it done from your local kachehri. There's loads of document translators in every kachehri in the country.
Re: mobile phone of the witness, it wouldn't matter either way. I got my witnesses to write their numbers anyway because it looked more legitimate that way.
Thanks Andy.

In addition to the above query, also I want to tell that one of our supporting witness has written statuary declaration in Urdu. So I believe we have to translate it in English, but am not sure from where we can get this translation done? Are there any authorized translator for immigration purposes?
Thanks again.

Hi,
This is regarding two supporting witness statuary declaration required from Pakistan (Not Form 888 from Australian Citizens).
We're are providing two from my wife's side and two from my side. I'm sponsor and my wife is applicant.
My question is: Should we ask the supporting witness to mention their mobile number at the end of stat declaration (stamp paper) so that CO can contact them if any further information is required?
Thanks

I got checklist and forwarded to migration agent in Brisbane.
Migration agent said no need to worry, unless they ask. But anything you think valuable. Send it to us and we will determine whether evidence carries any weight.
There are few documents which are not required when filling online 309 47SP Form via immiAccount. But as observed in this form, ISB Office ask for few documents specifically from Pakistani applicants. I'm currently working on ISB Office document checklist and plan to attach them before CO ask.
My DOL is 24 Feb 2018. No contact so far.
-
@Mu'mina You applied in Nov 2017 and since then no contact at all from consulate? Did you submitted all documents, including the one which has specific document checklist from Islamabad office?
@Hawar19Jan Did you also submitted the specific document checklist required by Islamabad office? Did you contacted ISB office for followup of your application?
Good Luck all.

Hi lilly23 thanks for your reply. I had my child born in jan 2018. I do understand it delays the process but still it should not be as delayed as 17 months. 17 months is a very long delaying time for 309 partner visa.
@Jibran 17 months is way too long. What you're planning now? I'mean what steps are you going to take to accelerate your application?

I applied 309 partner visa for my wife in may 2017. And i m still waiting. Interview on phone was done june 2018. Medical and police checks all have been submitted like 7 months ago. I m very very stress and worried and have no idea what to do. I m australian citizen and i still can't speed up my case even after this unreasonable amount of such horrible wait. Please any one here advise me what should i do in this regard.
@Jibran If I'm not wrong, then I read in some of your previous post that you had a child after submitting your wife's 309 application. If this is correct, then as what I know, having child during 309 application process delay's the process.
Good Luck and many prayers for your early visa arrival.

Thanks.
So its the issue of overlapping of 2nd marriage date with the divorce effectiveness date?

If you can share the effective date of divorce as on your Divorce certificate (Issued by NADRA through Union Council) and your current Marriage date then It would be simple for me to explain. In my case it is a looong story ....
@musmanasghar My 2nd marriage date is 3 AUG 2017 (Same on NADRA Marriage Certificate).
Whereas below dates are mentioned on my NADRA divorce certificate.
Date of Notice of Divorce: 9 MAY 2016
Date of Failure of Conciliation: 9 MAY 2016
Date of Effectiveness of Divorce: 9 MAY 2016
Entry Date: 27 July 2017
Issue Date: 1 AUG 2017
Timeline (309-Spouse visa) applied in May?
