    Well, first of all they are not going to refused because your ielts was valid at the time of lodgement of your visa. However, ielts validity is 3 years but I have seen sometimes CO do ask for new ielts. Consult with your MA good luck

    No one knows when case officer will be allocated but if the new owner buys the Shares of the business then your file won't be affected even the abn will change. But please consult with your MA. one of my friend's boss sold the business after 1 year of work but he told me the new owner bought the shares of the business and he did not have to work another year even though the abn was changed. please consult with your MA.     Go see your accountant and lodge them now and there is no other way, your accountant can give the draft copies of last 4 years of the assessments at the time of lodgement. Good luck
