Hi everyone. My friend has question. After applying for 186 visa during that processing time can a applicants work extra job on side while working full time for nominated employer. Since he is no more on 457 visa which is expired now. Thanks.

Preet Ji I have appealed against the decision which I thought would be better option. Because if I would have reapplied the Visa N nomination then we never know what would be the next reason for them to reject it again because after first refusal it should come up on my file all about first rejection. So I would suggest go for Tribal because there you have a chance for showing them what it take to approve your application. I wish you good luck preet

Sorry to hear that Manpreer_kaur Hey don’t be sad even my Nomination was refused in the ground of not providing fresh financial documents I can 9 years back still struggling so keep your head up everything will be alright

I’m already back in Melbourne working on to appeal against the decision. I’m not sure how long it would take to get response from Tribunals. Thanks anyways

Hey @Heena12so sorry to hear that. Even my Nomination fir TRT Restaurant Manager was been refused last week without Even asking further documents. What was the reason they said of refusal for you.

Letter just says your nomination for Rizwan has been refused and under this circumstances we cannot approve your visa. Invitation to comment on refusal. You must reply with next 28 days. The worst part is I’m in India now I don’t know if they would let me in when I come back because I have bridging visa B. I’m not what to do now. Any suggestions
