  1. I haven't seen such employer restriction to work for 2 years after PR is granted anywhere on the DIBP website stating PR visa will be cancelled.
  2. I believe it's the fact you are in offshore else SE has been in the good list for them
  3. That's the difference between onshore and offshore. Onshore same occupation getting processed in5 months
  4. I think they have 2 set of occupation list. One for fast processing and second list of those occupations which needs to wait longer.

  6. Just wondering if organization/sponsor matters here on prioritizations? Is the company is large organization for that guy or how about your company?
  7. It seems they have some priortised set of occupation list which they are focusing to finalise within six months. Recently in the sheet they have finalized software engineer in 4.8 months but there are many waiting since 2016.

  9. Hi Jasz what job code u applied? Is it offshore? However i dont understand how they choose application to be processed. I have seen many application opened in 5-6 months other than Hot occupation.
  10. I believe it depends on number of factors such as occupation code, location, complete application at the time of lodgement etc. As per the sheet in this forum, ppl from IT, external auditor etc. got nomination approved in 4-5 months. Fingers crossed ?
  11. HI How long does immigration take to allocate case? is the allocation itself takes 6 months?
