  2. Hi Legend, A. if you have been sponsored from "xyz" and working in "ABC" under the same employeer, Than no problem at all regardless ABC can go to hell. B. Your ABN shouldn't be changed, even your employeer sell the "XYZ" as well, and new employeer come. But new employer have to use the existing ABN. ABN will only be changed if new employer change and name of the company. C. in your situation you was working in abc and been sponsored by xyz and xyz under the previous employer then you have no problem at all. D. i had the same issue and my agent said to me even my employer sold the 100% share and new employer keep the existing ABN. then there is no problem at all. Hope it will make sense. i am happy to explain further. Thanks
  3. HI Almera, if your case is strong, there are more likely chances AAT will approve your case. one AAT approve case, immi have to approve as well because AAT is top department. However, AAT will take another 2-years easy. because number application immi is refusing applicants will straight go to AAT. and the thing is you have keep up dating AAT about financial. so if your business is ready to provide BAS's and other financial documents for next 2-3 years. than thats fine go for appeal. Thanks

  5. june16. thats right they are not touching office manager files at all.
  6. Hi Almera, i have used an agent. and i did spoke to him today as well. he said the same, that they can give refusal for any reason they like. they are just getting rid of RSMS files. even they are giving refusals for not updating recent financial documents. So yeah, No gurantee what so ever. he suggested me talk to his associate agent and reviewed my case again and all the circumstance so i should start looking for other option before hand in case any thing happen. so i will be ready to choose what i have to do next........ i asked him, what is the immigration future, who is safe, student, skilled migrants etc. He clearly said there is no future for any one who so ever, regardless what ever visa they apply. Until unless government policy changed. Thanks

  15. HI Fiza, I just spoke to my MA and he said to me, at this point of time office manager is safe. however, its depend on the company size and finances. At the moment, Retail manager is in real trouble. he told me that in just last 4,5 weeks he have seen over hundred refusals and all of them about retail managers. and reason is the same for each refusal. and that is the main reason immi reduce the processing time. according to him retail manager are 55-60 % of all the RSMS application nation wide. so we will be seeing further reduction in processing time and it may goes to 12-14 months back again. in next 2 months. if immi keep refusing retail managers. Thanks
  16. Hi Guys, I heard immi rejecting Retail managers files right away without looking into it. Especially those who applied through franchise business. Thanks
