I have heard nothing from DIBP since I had my email saying it had been received on the 25 April 17. They have the same info as I gave them for my permanent residency. I have not been out of the country since I was approved PR. Eddie

Same here. my application was submitted on the 25 April, online and in Perth

Jaygrg50 I believe it is. And you only need 15/20 correct. If you download the ‘common bond’; it has everything you need to know to pass the test. Do you have a date for your test yet? Eddie

Hi all, one of the requirements for applying for citizenship is an identity declaration. I had my photographs signed as a true photograph of myself. i just looked at my application paperwork, it says on Form 1195 (identity declaration) that the photograph is only valid for 6 months. Will I and others who put our applications in just after April 20th have to re submit a new identity declaration as 6 months have nearly passed. many thanks Eddie

Needless to say, when I eventually get my citizenship, I will not be voting for Liberal.
