    Hi Guys silent reader here I have wrote my whole story before but lost it so write down again March 2013 I have applied student dependent and got rejection for my wife so I asked my boss to sponsor me and he said yes then I have applied 457 visa in June 2013 and got approval in October 2013 but before I lodge my file in October 2015 my company bought by another company in June 2015 so I have applied my nomination in July 2015 with new company and got rejection so again I checked my documents and rectified all mistakes and submitted again and got approval in December 2015 after that I covered my left over months for eligibility when it finished I asked my company for docs but HR manager took 6 months to make it ready until new Hr came and new lady she helped me and gave me all docs in one month . I have applied my 186 in October 2016 Got nomination approval just Thursday but on Wednesday I called on national helpline and used call back service and got call in 1 hour and someone amazing and very helpful guy talked to me very well and left comment into my file and got approval in 1 day. Thankful to that Gentlemen and god bless him

    Hi I have applied student dependent visa in March 2013 and got rejection then my company sponsored me in June 2013 and got my 457 visa in October 2013 . when I was about to reach my eligibility marks (only three months was left )my company bought by another company in July 2015 so new company did nomination again in July 2015 and got rejection in August 2015 then again I applied with more documents and explaination and they approved my nomination then I cover up my 4 months and try to get documents in april 2016 from company but HR manager took 6 months to give me 2 documents before she gave company hired new lady who helped me a lot and gave me documents in month then I Applied my 186 nomination and visa file October 2016 and wait till yesterday it is almost 16 months waiting but in last I got nomination approval letter after all hard work . On Wednesday I called immigration national line number used call back service got call back in 1 hour and that gentlemen helped me a lot and gave me really good answer and said me that ur file just moved for internal audit so I m going to leave note for the people who is looking into that and next day I got the answer . One more thing my daughter just born couple of weeks before so I attached her Medicare card and birth certificate payment slip and now waiting for visa . I am really really thankful to the guy who left positive note for me thanks a lot .

    Hi I m waiting till October 2016 file not allocated . i got my 457 visa on November 2013 but when I was about to eligible my employer sold company and I m still stuck . Somehow I managed but now immi taking long time for me

    Feel sorry but I m also in stress bcz 10/2016 I am waiting. Two people applied from my company in 11/2016 but they both got PR in April 2017 on same day . I haven't got any reply till date our documents are same .

    Hi guys I have applied 186 visa nomination and my visa file on 15/10/2016 but my file still not allocate.i have called them thrice but they keep saying waiting time is changed so plz check that online . Do u have any idea howmuch time they will take bcz its seven months now .

    Hi I have applied nomination and visa file on 15/10/2016 but didn't get any reply from Sydney office yet . I have applied through 457 to 186 visa .
