Finally it happened 186 visa was granted today - Received->Finalised (no further info was required) My timeline ........Nomination: 28 October 2016> Approved: May 1 2017 .occupation ...cook Transaction stream. So happy now and best of luck for everyone. Hope everyone get their visas.
