  1. Hi Kristy, Am really happy for you. I hope I got mine soon as well. Cheers!
  2. Yes mate, we need to create a section meant for all this in professional MA so that people will not make mistakes that others have done.
  3. Thats the joke of the Century, let your MA know it's your right to track your application if you wish.
  4. Ashuj1 it's even show the MA is not professional as he/she surpose to know Kristy can gain access to her application MA consent. Even if you want to change the email correspondence to your personal email instead of MA email, you have the authority to do. So what is Kristy MA bragging about is what I don't understand.
  5. No need to be in tears, your MA must be a joker, your MA probably knows he/ she has got caught and don't want to admit been at fault. Why did Immigration has an option to import application if not for this sake of this type of situation. He is really a joker and even can be sued for negligence of his/her duty. Don't panic he/she has no influence on your application. Just relax and don't admit you are at fault as there in no breach of privacy. It's your application with an option to import it to your own immi account to monitor it. So common grab a bottle of beer and be positive your PR will be granted soon.
  6. Your MA only knows why it was uploaded on 14, it's either immigration requested for it or he/she just realised his/her mistake. Or in your immi account your can view correspondence email regarding your application if you don't want to ask your MA
  7. Kristy contact your MA and ask why the form was just loaded. You deserve to know as it's your right.
  8. No cause for alarm, though you are lucky as immigration might make decision based on the documents provided before the form 80 was uploaded. If I were in your shoes I will try to see the application mailbox to see if immigration requested for it or your MA just realised his/her mistake and then upload it.
  9. Childcare educator's, secondary school teachers, primary school teachers, just to mention few.
  10. Same applies to 187, some occupation have priority than others.
  11. Am not an expert, but did you remember when you want to apply student visa there is something immigration called genuine entrant, if you intended to come and study then why now you applied 187 without finishing your studies. what people don't realise is that all this little things do cos delay in getting further visa. MA will said yes you can do it without finishing your studies, but a responsible MA who don't want to only earn your money will advice you to finish your studies first. Yes some might have done it, but things are changing everyday. Goodluck.
  12. Hi, well as you can read on the forum that some have been waiting for 12 months when immigration said the processing is 6-8 months, now that they said it's 11 months if I was in your shoe I will wait till the application is arround 6 months, also if you have kids on your application you better wait till the CO request for medical as kids medical is only for 6 months if am right. So it's up to you.
  13. Kristy, a friend said it's usually granted within 28 days that the documents requested:err: was submitted or 28 days from when medical appeared cleared on your application. So hope this is true.
  14. Kristy, usually they won't request for more documents for second time. The officer must have took his/her time to see what doc's needed at the first time. Were you requested for more documents?
  15. I reckon it's better to seek another MA opinion on your matter, it's kinda weird since June 2015. Goodluck.
  16. Ok, good. I want to assume that DINGKAT Rcb has been approved before lodging is nomination, with this he has no problem with nomination. Rcb means we approved you to work in this regional area, while nomination is employer nominated you to work in my company. Now let's say DINGKAT Rcb hasn't been approved before this new policy, he has a high chance of been not approved by RCB. But whoever has been approved by RCB before this new policy has no problem whatsoever as Immigration is responsible for approving nomination and visa. Employer can only nominate or sponsor someone on a particular visa likewise State can sponsor you but both Employer and State as nothing to do with approval of visa. Now is WA said 187 visa is suspended temporarily means no new nomination on that visa. So as someone said it's a chain of supply, once you have been approved of the first stage this new policy does not affect you unless stated otherwise wise that already lodged visa will be affected which I believe there is no such information at the moment.
  17. Absolutely agree you, that is what am saying. Unless his nomination is not approved then only he has problem. But as of now he is okay and just need to stay positive and pray.
  18. hank you Yes he has applied for nomination, which is the key in 187 visa. If his nomination is approved immigration have no choice than to let him Lodge is 187 visa. Without nomination approval he can't proceed to apply visa. So the new policy in my own sense simply means no one can apply for nomination untill further notice. Not that those applications already submitted will be affected. If they will be affected it will be stated on the website, or send message to affected applicants, but till such people have from immigration, I will say remain positive and pray
  19. Kristy, new law don't usually affect already lodge application, if it will affect those already lodge application they would clearly make it know in the news.
  20. Did I claimed to be an expert? It's simple English which said it's suspended temporarily and have never stayed it will affect those who have submitted prior the suspension. I can bet it with you she won't be affected. Why want to waste money in seeking professional help when Thier is no need to. DINGKAT just keep calm mate, if in any means you will be affected I believe they would have sent message to you or your MA. But as for now my advice is pray and be possitive.
  21. Am very sure it won't affect you as you've already Lodged your nomination before the new changes. It's going to affect you only if your nomination is not approved. So finger crossed and pray and be possible.
  22. Yes, one thing I really don't understand is why those whom have been allocated CO and submitted the requested docs have to wait long to be granted, since the file have been opened.
  23. I can forseeable it will affect mostly new application and most backlogs will not be affected as much
