  1. Kristy, a friend said it's usually granted within 28 days that the documents requested:err: was submitted or 28 days from when medical appeared cleared on your application. So hope this is true.
  2. Kristy, usually they won't request for more documents for second time. The officer must have took his/her time to see what doc's needed at the first time. Were you requested for more documents?
  3. I reckon it's better to seek another MA opinion on your matter, it's kinda weird since June 2015. Goodluck.
  4. Ok, good. I want to assume that DINGKAT Rcb has been approved before lodging is nomination, with this he has no problem with nomination. Rcb means we approved you to work in this regional area, while nomination is employer nominated you to work in my company. Now let's say DINGKAT Rcb hasn't been approved before this new policy, he has a high chance of been not approved by RCB. But whoever has been approved by RCB before this new policy has no problem whatsoever as Immigration is responsible for approving nomination and visa. Employer can only nominate or sponsor someone on a particular visa likewise State can sponsor you but both Employer and State as nothing to do with approval of visa. Now is WA said 187 visa is suspended temporarily means no new nomination on that visa. So as someone said it's a chain of supply, once you have been approved of the first stage this new policy does not affect you unless stated otherwise wise that already lodged visa will be affected which I believe there is no such information at the moment.
  5. Absolutely agree you, that is what am saying. Unless his nomination is not approved then only he has problem. But as of now he is okay and just need to stay positive and pray.
  6. hank you Yes he has applied for nomination, which is the key in 187 visa. If his nomination is approved immigration have no choice than to let him Lodge is 187 visa. Without nomination approval he can't proceed to apply visa. So the new policy in my own sense simply means no one can apply for nomination untill further notice. Not that those applications already submitted will be affected. If they will be affected it will be stated on the website, or send message to affected applicants, but till such people have from immigration, I will say remain positive and pray
  7. Kristy, new law don't usually affect already lodge application, if it will affect those already lodge application they would clearly make it know in the news.
  8. Did I claimed to be an expert? It's simple English which said it's suspended temporarily and have never stayed it will affect those who have submitted prior the suspension. I can bet it with you she won't be affected. Why want to waste money in seeking professional help when Thier is no need to. DINGKAT just keep calm mate, if in any means you will be affected I believe they would have sent message to you or your MA. But as for now my advice is pray and be possitive.
  9. Am very sure it won't affect you as you've already Lodged your nomination before the new changes. It's going to affect you only if your nomination is not approved. So finger crossed and pray and be possible.
  10. Yes, one thing I really don't understand is why those whom have been allocated CO and submitted the requested docs have to wait long to be granted, since the file have been opened.
  11. I can forseeable it will affect mostly new application and most backlogs will not be affected as much
  12. Kristy, just take it easy all the problems will soon be over. I think with this new development with immigration those of us whom are requested for more documents will be granted soon.
  13. Kristy, It's there it's said 6 months and 187 as priority. Not much information though.
  14. Alice how many days after they requested the documents, did you submit?
  15. I never knew they do, untried to log in and see if today is my day aswell but system is down for maintenance..???
  16. Does immigration works on Saturday? Or was it approved yesterday?
  17. Kristy, Were you given 28 days ultimatum by immigrationto provide the documents requested?
  18. Actually nothing much in applying the visa, just only companies won't release thier document. It's all uploading all documents you gave them and they are charging exorbitant money for uploading documents without even been professional in what most of them do
  19. Same to our MA, never advice that the police clearance we submitted has expired, honestly they can mislead slot and they said they are professional. All they want is money and that's all.
  20. Requested on 30 January and uploaded on 24 Feb, but since then the status has been assessment in progress.
  21. Medical examination, IELTS , overseas police clearance, and the Australia police clearance we submitted as expired so they requested for new one. We would have get all the documents ready but the MA said we don't need to rush as it will take long time to allocate officer to but suprise CO was allocated when we did not expect. Sometimes all this MA do mislead. It's frustrating
  22. I think most of us who have been requested to submit more documents will have Thier visa granted at same time. I read on this forum if it's true that ita another officer that will finish the job after submitting the documents requested. So fingers crossed and hope for the day our file will be finalized.
  23. Hi Kristy, Does anyone told you the visa will be granted within 28 days of submitting the requested documents? As I have read on this forum about people who have submitted from January and till today no news.
