    Hi all. My container arrived in Brisbane port on the 23rd feb went through customs on the 26th quarantine on the 4th March, now it is still waiting clearance is this normal does anyone know. I have contacted the shipping company this side and they say there is nothing they can do till it is released, I thought it would be released as soon as quarantine finished. I need my bed lol really fed up of waiting.

    @mppc I checked a few days ago and it hadn't changed. Sponsor still says submitted now but approved next to his name and my application says finalised. Good luck hope you get your grant soon. It's my birthday on Friday they just gave me the best present ever

    Omg Omg Omg I got my visa.... Direct grant 309 and 100 So excited flights were already booked for 5th Jan now I can relax and get excited Good Luck everyone Hope you get that grant quickly now @Waitingaround

    Seen a grant today from an application submitted 1st dec and a rfi for an application submitted 6th dec. Hope you hear something this week @Emz82

    Congratulations amazing news so pleased for you. So they haven't given you 12 months from date of police checks we are leaving beginning of Jan and I got my police check 1st feb so was hoping it would all fall in to place, maybe not

    74 days I have been waiting for my visa and it's already driving me mad lol. I really hope you get your visa soon Kung-Fu Koala I can't begin to imagine how you are feeling, my fingers are tightly crossed for you x

    Loving this lounge been reading through all the posts it has been a wealth of information, thank you CEP for the spreadsheets they are great. We submitted 1st Jan so a long wait yet.

    Good morning all, can I submit my 309 today and add my 888 forms and form 80 after submitting, the 888’s should be back to me in the next week and the form 80 I’m still working on, thanks for your help.

    Hi we will be making the move in 2 years, to Queensland me on a partner my visa. My partner has lived in Uk for 28 years but is an Australian citizen. He has been working at the same place for 13 years but doesn't have any paperwork. He is a mechanic and car body repairer, is there any way of transferring his skills before we go or once over there? I keep going round in circles on the internet. Many thanks for any help
