    Seems to me it's best to lodge the application decision ready or have all the paperwork attached fairly early on. Having the CO ask for documentation appears to add at least a month to the process. If the CO gets is allocated a file and they can approve it straight away they will, otherwise they will request documents and move on to someone else's.

    Hey. I used an IA for my application. I called the IA last week to inform them I had changed address and nothing was mention then. I can only assume the time from being assigned a CO to being awarded my PR was a minimal.

    Hey Sue, Yes, i lodged all paperwork with my application back in November so received no further requests.

    Hey Guys, Just though I would drop a quick note to say that I have just been granted my PR. Here are my details: Application: 14/11/2016 PR Approved: 04/05/2017 Paperwork: None LR Single applicant I will update the spreadsheet shortly.     You can leave your employer after your 186 has been granted. You are only obligated to stay for 2 years if you have signed something from your employer stating you will honour a 2 year agreement.

    I think its included. I called their Customer Service team who confirmed the document had been posted and gave me a tracking number to view the letter on its journey to Australia. I didn't receive an email notifying me the check had been completed.

    I did my ACRO police check just a couple of months ago. Did you pay the additional $ to have your police check done within 48hrs and express post? If you didn't it can take upto 10 days to process plus the time it takes to post the document to Australia.

    Hey Guys, this is my first post on here so apologies if this has been covered earlier in the thread. There seems to be discrepancies between different MA's service, PR processing speed and general ethics. Who are people using as their MA? Is the service worth the $4k and is there a correlation between processing times and MA's? Cheers RL
