Immi can come back and bite as it depends on your relationship with ur employer and staff.. only scenario is proof of ill treatment from employer towards you will help ur case and Immi provides you provisional PR for two years and to apply for Pr.. this happened when Immi was informed by employee about his treatment from his employer and employer threatened to falsely report Immi about him.Luckily this guy had proofs which helped him.

Let's hold on to our horses mate..this Immi lady was so cool and polite answering the queries and they were short staffed earlier and Christmas and New Year's Eve adds on to the wait game. Anywzz they are on the move. So let's hope the best.. and our spreadsheet says not many may apps left to be finalised so good luck.

Just spoke to MA and Immi (cool head).. Immi is on run finishing June apps and may is next ..she doesn't know and feels it's random depending on the PSE and expect may apps being finalised by end this month as the Immi is on rush to clear as many apps are due to one year (police checks, health documents,etc).. so good news as the newly trained CO's recruited are on desk (they were short staffed earlier). Congratulations to all the finalised application.good luck.

It sounds fishy..TRN IS automatically generated once the application is lodged . Even if it is paper based app.. you should receive your TRN within 2 weeks in worst case scenario. Call the Immi and they can track using your passport details. If the immigration can't trace out your details, Mate u should do real talking to your MA.

We don't have anything officially said . It's only the MA opinion, we got to see how Immi is looking into this. Most of MA applications from DE were on a very slow pace. He had DE files not yet touched with nearly 300days. He states his DE clients are frustrated and being a reputed MA he is facing a lot of questions from clients and Immi is just giving updates only about allocated months, but moving on snails pace.

With the DE APPLICATIONS It's right THEY placed a hold and doing a lot of checks like visiting the site and asking more documents. Even my MA confirmed it but can't say officially. He says most of DE APPS on hold belonging to Manager roles, ICT, technicians, hairstylists as they are using this point to get PR instead of going throughEOI& GSM 189/190 points based PROCESSING, earlier it took 4 months to process both DEand TRANSITION VISAS but with more DE APPLICATIONS Now in the pool it's taking time.so guys in DE mode guys expect IMMI AT UR SITE AND DELAYS in processing. Transition guys all roles RSMS FIRST THEN ENS.Called Immi they straight away said it's 1 year process for both nominations and Visa. So they are Taking their own sweet time with this point. Good luck for everyone. ENS TRANSITION-NOM&Visa-15July16. -APP -RECEIVED.HR

With the amount of money and technology they should at least follow Dominos Pizza Tracking system for Visa processing too instead of attending calls and getting frustrated to answer our issues

Hi All, i have been following this thread for a while and received a lot of information from the discussions and would like to post my case too. nom & visa- launched on 14July2016 CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER ( me)and my partner(secondary applicant) under transition residence stream. apllication status received on website. The director did not pay for training benchmark fund for first year as he was suffering from terminal illness and passed away. The 2nd year 2% was paid and both nom & visa were lodged. My query is should 2years training benchmark to be paid, if so can I pay it, MA says we can provide proof about directors health and pay it once CO places a query. All documents submitted and fingers crossed and 3 year of 4years 457 completed last October . Immi website shows 2% of annual payroll to be paid towards training fund as my workplace doesn't have Pr/Citizens. Please advise.
