so i have been asked for 6 additional docs .. evidence of genuine position.. -evidence that position has not been created. -position is consistent with the tasks mentioned in the ANZSCO - evidence of position is consistent with nature of business - explanation of duties between nominated position and direct supervisor -explanation of the time to be spent on the position outlined. -financial records of business that proves business can afford the nominated position..

fyi guys.. i applied for 457 on 28th sep and just got requested for addiotnal documents.. i am an offshore applicant HR country... finger crossed we need to provide the docs in 28 days time frame..

hi @042016, may i ask is your application onshore of offshore.. and which position?? i am applied offshore in oct 2015 last year and my nomination was refused in june and now we applied again in auagust and i hope i get it this time,, but i am really worried and doubtful if you get 186 approved offshore ( thanks for ur help in advance
