How can you be offshore while waiting for your AAT? Have you lodged your Nomination and Visa application offshore?

Hi Buddy, Can you please help me, how and what your MA sent to CO to prove your PTE score? What sort of statement he made to CO about not verified PTE score. ? I have got a same situation where CO asked me about to verify my PTE Score which I achieved before 4 years at the time of application. Will Really appreciate your any help in this matter. Regards

If they open your file than they will send you notification and you can come back on same visa that you hold(BVB). It doesnt make any difference . Normally they wait for you to come back and than give decision.

If you are on BVA apply for BVB, You will get mimimum of 90 days visa to travel overseas. But make sure u return back in time limit given by Department.

Yes we did advertisement in News paper, Government website and Seek.com as required by RCB. Got RCB approved and submitted along with application as well, but they are not considering any thing. just taking decision on assumptions.

Got Nomination refusal today after 20 Months. Really sad but cant do any thing. Reasons for refusal: Not genuine attempt to hire local person. Retail manager,WA Business type: Fast Food Retail Chain Working since 3 Years. 19/05/2016 Nomination and Visa Going for AAT.
