  1. I suggest that you give immi a call. Because in almost all cases, it takes no more than 2 weeks to have the visa granted after you submit the requested documents. At lease they would advise you if anything else is still missing. We've read cases on this forum that someone called immi to follow up and then after 1 or 2 days, their visa gets granted. Tell them that we were recently requested documents and you submitted them all. I was requested a bunch of things at around the same time as you. I submitted early Jan. They replied to me within 1 week time and asked for more. Then I submitted early Feb, and then they granted my visa within 10 days.
  2. I am praying for all, especially those who applied nom back in 2015. Reading through all the post, I realise that there are quite a few of you. 400+ days of wait is not easy. This makes all of us stronger.
  3. I was requested: oversea police checks, Aus police checks, form 80s, health assessments, husband's English ability evidence
  4. Hi everyone, my visa has been granted! Yay! (The grant notice is pretty simple 2 page document. I thought it would be much longer to include all the things/benefits that a PR are entitled to.) I have updated my info on the spreadsheet. I am on July tab. I hope more good news will come out for lots of you soon!
  5. I feel you. Immi people have no understanding whatsoever how cruel the waiting is to us.
  6. I was requested to submit form 80, police checks, and health check in December (very close to Xmas). After submitting all in January, immi contacted us again requesting my husband's health check and form 80. My MA questioned them why they didn't ask for those at the same time in December. Apparently no reason. So we did all requested again and now waiting.
  7. congratulations to all that have received their visa grant in the new year! hope it keeps up and more of us hear the good news soon.
  8. When it is definitely much longer than the standard processing time frame, should we be able to ask for a reason why? at lease? I feel you!
  9. Thanks Manson. I'll stay as patient as I can! :err: If I submitted at the same time (which was Nov 2015), I believe I would have both granted already. Now it is taking a total of more than a year. If anyone asks my advise, I would def say lodge them at the same time.
  10. I submitted all documents as required earlier this month. I hope I can hear good news soon! (Nom approved in July 2016)
  11. I was requested to submit a few documents before Xmas, which include police checks. The crime check people emailed both me and my husband on 20 Dec, saying it's done and dispatched. I just came back from overseas and only my husband's arrived! My due date to submit those required documents is this Thursday. I already called them and they are re-issuing one for me, which I don't think will arrive before Thursday. Do you guys think the case officer will give me an extension? Quite worried and frustrated!
