  1. As to my acknowledge, once you get refuse from immi, they must send you an refusal letter with reasons for the decision has been made. You should ask your employer for that letter and find out the reason. Regarding to the declaration form that you r considered, as long as you submitted it before allocated a CO then should be fine.
  2. Thanks for sharing. I am also applied in April. Hope to hear good news soon! what is ur occupation? In regards to ur question, there is no standard time to get an answer from immi after u submitted the documents base on my observation, it is all depends on the CO. thank you
  3. Hi, congrats! it is good to hear some good news as it is been quite here for a long long time. Would you mind to share your timeline and occupation, please? thank you
  4. The waiting is like day after day and there is no deadline.....
  5. I am still waiting too. I applied at the end of April and almost 16 months now. i was bit happy on March as it is finally getting closer to my month. However.....? Did u ask ur MA to contact immi as ur case timeline seems A bit unreasonable?
  6. So quite ... Are those 16 march applications still waiting? i remember there r few mates from March. Raymond, any updates after you submitted request documents ?
  7. Absolutely agree. This is an insane process, I expected I might have result around 10 months that I was told when I lodged my application. But then 13 14 and even 15 months towards to 16 months now. Especially , they have been processing April files since 15 march until now!!!!! No matter what the result is, i just want to move on. Feeling so desperate and stress. Nth could cheer me up
  8. Maybe you are right. And maybe because the quota is almost finished, so they are waiting for the new financial year to starts. but you are right, the mtsol list applications r getting their approvals around 6-7 months. From the experiences that shared on the forum , it is getting slower after the new policy accouncced .
  9. 26/4 16 and still waiting " patiently ". oh god, can't stop thinking about my visa every minutes. I want my life move on and stop stucking at the same spot. it is been 13 months.............
  10. Same here. 13 months completed today. sigh..............
  11. It is a such delightful news to hear and thanks for sharing. Ur visa will be on your hand shortly without any doubts.
  12. This may cause an immigration strike as he fired 355 staffs, it is a lot ppl lost their job
  13. no wonder there is no any moves with 187 now.... looks like gotta wait 2 more months then...

  15. How come 187 visa posts are always negative compare with 186. They are processing last Nov files (even granted some Dec file)at the same time we are processing last April i was happy and hopeful when they finally stated that they starting apirl file, but 2 months later, still nothing at all. Even no news with the beginning of apirl file.
  16. Maybe 1 more month to us? Bar or good, i just want to end this up. It is been more than a year for staying at a in healthy mental status. Nightmare....
  17. Thanks for sharing and congrats! so jealous on you, ? Looks like the occupation matters the most
  18. I think he has to report immigration about it as you are under 2 years working commitment. but better ask your agent or lawyer for professional advice.
  19. A very quite day...... i checked here few times day and feel disppointed if there is no any updates and immigration also no news at all. It is been almost 13 months ,so depressing at this stage.
  20. It is good to hear. But I think they r processing really slow. thank you for your news which cheer everyone up.
  21. That's truely right. However, you can't avoid this situation no matter what policy that you are going to establish , unless there is a immigration staff monitor this area for 24 hrs which is not realistic. It really depends on your luck that to have a good boss. No pain no gain. It is a delimma situation
  22. But you have to think about that is in regional area, there r not so many local ppl are educated and those ppl who is in Sydney melb etc area won't go to regional area as there r nth there for them to do over there. So regional needs foreign worker who is willing to sacrifice 2 years to get PR. Because it is the only way to attract foreign ppl to come to help boost up remote areas. however, the new policy which in effect in the march next year is gonna make regional business harder as it minimize the range of ideal person. How about those just graduated or under 3 year work experience ppl? Also in regional area, it is mainly restaurant and general business running over there, the new occupation list is full of engineering, teacher, nurse, doctor , lawyer etc high education occupations. It doesn't really fit in the situation in remote area
  23. I see. Thank you for your explanation. it is so hard to find a ideal person in regional area tho as you have to find someone who is fulfill the position and the immigration requirement at the same time. consequently , the new occupation list and policy is gonna make reginal business running harder as they remove cooks, retail manager , sales etc general position and also require you have 3 years work experiences. If the regional area has many kinds of business and ppl then it won't be regional areas. Good luck for those future applicants.
