hi to all. I am silent follower of this foroum. I can proudly say that i am Australian permanent now. That is the most precious gift for me on valentines. I am very happy today. Can't explain my happiness. The total period of waiting was arrond 10 months. My time line is below 186 visa trt after spending 2 years in 457 occupation hair and beauty salon manager nomination lodged on 21 april 2016 nom approved on 15 nov 2016 ( no further documents requested) visa lodged 6 oct 2016 approved 14 feb that means today further documents requested for visa (7 jan 2017) it was PTE report. Tht was an odd request which was I already provide with my visa app. But anyways I submit again. Application processed in vic. i am from HR country My application lodged through MA best of luck for those who are waiting from a long time. Hope everyone got their PR soon.

Thanks somv for reply. I ask to one MA he is Australian he told me that 3 years ban applies on you if i am seeking any temporary visa (student,tourists) etc. but if I apply for any PR visa it does not apply one me. But i am seeking for second opinion. And section 48 applies on me if i am IN Australia. But I already left Australia. And applied for 186 as a secondary applicant from my home country. I am honest with the immigration and i declared everything in the form. But that MA told me that they always looks for big crimanal conduction which i dont have any. But i know they will check my immigration history when they will decide my visa. If anyone can help who is got same situation or knows abt it. That will be greatful. Thanks in advanced.

Hi to all. I need help with my question if anyone can help me with answer. Actually i was in Australia on my student visa.which was cancelled in section 116. Then i have one option left MRT which was also negtive answer after one year. Basically i am from japan and now i am in my home country. So i overstay in Australia. But my wife she is in Australia and we apply for 186 visa. So my question is does that effect our file? I mean refusal. I dont have any other crimnal conduct or any breaking law while i was in Australia. They said that we need to meet character requirements. When i left Australia they gave me bridging visa E. And i left Australia volunteer. Any help will be much appreciated

Hi to all. I am new on this forum. But i am following this from a long time. And this is very helpful for all people who are waiting for there visa from a long time. So i have one quick question here if anyone can answer that. It will be very greatful. Well i lodge my nomination in April 2016. I know i have to wait for more months. But my MA just lodge my nomination not visa file. So my question is if i lodge my visa file now does it save any time frame for me or i have to wait until my nomination get approved. Any comments and help will be much appreciated. And best of luck who are waiting for their visa.
