  1. Hi every one i have been asilent follower of this forum, i have received email today from migration agent thats my nomination has been refused, for position as a cook, Reason was due to financial situation case officer isnt satisfied with the financial statements of 2015 and 2016, Thinks my employer cant afford to pay me. Position cook Applied nomination 26th april 2016 I might have to withdraw my visa application within 28 days, aat is an option but i am not considering it coz my employer seem a bit dodgy. Just wondering how long can it take for a decision of aat if any one have had experience? Luckily i still have my student visa. Good luck every one and congs to lucky ones who got their PRs

  7. Ho everypne i have a question i have applied 187 direct entry visa as cook, rcb approved already, my qualifications are cert 3 commercial cookery and advance dip and diplome of hospitality management it was 2 years course all together, i have provided 2 years experience as cook on training not paid though, do i still need cert 4 ? Is a cert 4 is valid if i get from some institution with my experience as cook ?
  8. Hi praneesh , congrats mate, nice to know you didnt have to submit more document just wondering which documents did you attach when you applied the visa?
  9. well all i know is LR country files are usually processed faster may be in 6 months or even earlier, but i dont think if it matters if you work for council , no one cares in immi about it , well if your manager wants to apply your file thats ok , as you have mentioned he/she has applied 457 before , as long as they have all the documents it shouldnt be a problem, you save about $5000 too, for the last question regarding your husband i would suggest you to go see a good migration lawyer for consultation before you apply, make sure you see a lawyer not a migration agent, i hope its helpful!
  10. hi everyone just wondering , who is mahi ? i was just looking at the spreadsheet , i was surprised to see that he got hi visa in 3 months he has mentioned that he applid both nomination and visa on 18/03/2016 and visa was granted on 19/05/2016 in just 62 days , is that correct or there is a mistake made by person ?
  11. in that case the employee is the most luckiest person haha, you dont have to work with new owner, you can where ever you want as long as its the same area.
  12. hi hussain sorry to hear that as far as i know you have to withdraw your pr visa file and apply for nomination on shore and leave the country and have to apply visa from offshore, coz you dont have a substantial visa thats why you are not eligible to apply any visas onshore, unless you apply refugee visa or something , i am not expert but i think this is how it goes, if you apply for refugee visa it might complicate your 187 visa so i would suggest to go and see a good lawyer and not worry about money at this point. i hope it helps you cheers!
  13. i was reading about your problem , well afp is right they have mentioned that you were driving with no license , as you have mentioned your license was expired that means you didnt have any license when you were driving, driving with a expired license mean you were driving without license, second one is obviously a serious offence of fraud , you should have think about consequences before you made those mistakes. it was your mistake , just pray you might get lucky cheers!!
  14. yes mine took only 10 days , but i have afriend his rcb took 2 months to approve from alice springs
  15. Hi kirsty are you from northern territory? I applied from darwin
  16. Haha i know aye that sucks , my occupation os cook and from high risk so your case will be preferred well i guess u would know results before dec for sure they usually process lr files pretty quick. I have been visa problems since 2008 so you are atill better
  17. oh nice to know that i hope its less than 5 months, whats your occupation ?
  18. oh nice whats your occupation ? which state? hopefully you are not from high risk country like me?
  19. is anyone from DARWIN area on here ? reply if yes , i applied my nomination 26th april and visa on 16th may, pretty sure wouldnt get any result till dec or even jan feb next year the way immi is processing files, unless there is miracle, in aus since 2008 hope this will be my last one on temp visas if you applied in may too reply my post ?
  20. i was just looking at 186 thread earlier and it just drove me crazy that in reality they are the first priority over 187 and they are all getting their visa in less than 6 months or around 6 months, its not fair, i think we all should do something about it , can we do anything may be go on feedback page or something on immi website or something like that ? btw i am new on here i applied . my nomination on 26th may visa applied 16th may. and ofcourse waiting coz they wanna sort out 186 files:daydreaming: first
  21. apply for mrt straight away if thats the situation and you can complain to mara department of migration agents , for his big mistake. before making any decision consult with a good immigration lawyer not migration agent, such as david bittel, he is best in syd and karina ford in melb. cheers!
