Just nomination refusal.

Got refusal for rsms 187 visa and applying for AAT . Any idea how long it takes normally ?

Hey guys , i am on 457 visa and have applied for rsms from last june2016 .. still waiting for response for my rsms almost 13months gone . I am on 457 from last 14months . I am thinking to take annual leave for 4-5 weeks right now . My question is that * will my rsms file still proceeed if i am leave or out of australia ? *if they opened my rsms file , they will be still able to grant me pr when on annual leave ? Doesnt matter when you guys apply its still non refundable . So there is no point to wait for one month and then apply . Better apply other one after the nomination approval or apply all together . Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz

Apply visa as wll as soon as possible . Becauee it happened to one of my frnd . He applied nomination first , they took around 6-8 months for approval then he applied visa after that . Immigration again took 8 months more to approve his PR z if you apply together then you will get it together like in few days different or a month . But dont be late to apply for visa .
