What is your timeline and occupation?
Consult a good migration agent but I think you need to apply for a fresh nomination and visa application.

What is your occupation? Thanks

Since the current topic right now going on is about the status of the immigration account so I would like to also input something on this.
If you think that you are status is changed into initial assessment or further assessment and according to you your nomination is done then you are wrong..
Asking paper from case officer does not confirmed that your nomination is done all it means that they ask for for the paper to clarify things.
After further assessment I think the next update is successNormally, just normally, if there's something wrong with your nomination. They won't bother to look at your visa at all, but i see so many cases if the nomination looks fine, and they keep asking for nomination documents to make sure, then they will open the visa as well. And the account for the nomination (your employer/agent controls it), and the account for visa is totally different.
Anyway we will never know how they operate or process the visa really to say something surely.
Just wish that I don't even need to see those initial assessment or further assessment, just jump straight to "GRANTED" please

OK that makes sense only if they haven't updated the system after November 2017 (even though I don't see why would the system update show here but never-mind).
So you're saying they could be touching the nomination but nothing will show here? I will see initial assessment status only after the nomination is approved and they start touching the visa application?
Yup, you understand it right. If they ask for any visa documents your last updated will be the date that the CO asks for new documents.
Otherwise, the date you submitted your visa is the last updated date.

Oh I see what you mean. So it only registers the changes done by the CO, not by you or your agent?
In that case, in the picture above, how come the status still says Received if they have touched it, done some work on it, or requested docs? Wouldn't it change to initial assessment at least?
Cos I compare this to my own ImmiAccount, and I am sure the system has upgraded in the last 13 months, but both dates are the same (lodged and updated) and the status is Received.
This is why I am confused.
Picture? Remember the nomination and visa is a seperate thing. If they touch the nomination and ask for documents about nomination, the visa status will not change.
However, if your nomination is approved. Then they ask for visa documents the visa status will surely change to something else.
I'm not sure what kind of upgraded it is. But people apply from before 17/11/2017 has the same updated date if still received. You must apply after this date? that's why you don't see it. Mine has the same lastest update 17/11/2017 although I apply on July 2017.
Otherwise your update date should be the date that you apply for your visa if your status is "Received"

What system? And updated what about what file?
Can't make sense of it sorry.
Example:
If the case officer asks you some documents about the visa, it will update the last date when he asks for the documents
Or if they upgrade their website, it will update the lastest date as well.
If your application is untouched. The date will be 17 November 2017 because that’s the lastest date when the website upgraded to a new version.

That’s weird. What’s your timeline? When did you apply for visa and nomination?
Did he refuse you only with that reason? I think he made a big mistake

Cook ! I worked there 15 months ! Qld regional area ! Yes I have proofs of trying to find jobs , and I don’t know anyone in any other regional area ! Have some friends in those cities who can help in settling down that’s why trying to move there
Honestly I don’t think business closing down is your fault and that’s totally out of your control. I have a friend the same as you and now he’s gone somewhere else
But to make sure just ask a migration agent

Hi all,
My MA updated my AFP and overseas police check but failed to upload original document for this last document (she submitted English translation only), It was uploaded today out of the 28 days given(3 days out of time). Should this represent a problem?
What is your occupation and timeline?
-
Ok i don’t think you understand what we said so i will explain the problem as best as I can.
187 visa is not permanent, it can be cancelled.
187 visa regulation you posted above means once you get a visa, your obligation is to stay with your employer for 2 years. If there’s any reasons that you quit before the 2 years came up, the department will assess your genuineness based on several reasons example: the restaurant closes down, bullying etc...If they don’t agree with what you explained your visa will be cancelled
Back to your problem, you are still waiting for your visa, you don’t have a 187 visa yet. So the cancellation ground above is not apply to you.
If my explanation is not clear enough. I advises you to ask a registered migrantion agent.
-
Booya is right.
If you were granted a PR. You can leave work if you can prove you are being bully at work.
In this case, your PR is still processing. So the cancellation ground doesn't work for you
Sadly you will need to find another employer and start from scratch

I think you read the wrong type of visa, $53900 is for old 457, which is new 482 currently.
RSMS 187 even with the new rule you only need to prove that it is Australian market salary rate and meet the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold.
You should trust your migration agent, they are registered after all.
-
Your salary looks absolutely fine.

When did you apply?

I applied for 187 direct entry stream in march 2018 (RCB, nomination and visa together). RCB got approved in May.
I got a response from nomination in November, asking for more evidences of why the business needs me. I haven’t heard from them after I responded.
And few days ago, I got a response from visa asking asking for three documents.
1. Completed form 80
2. The documents I sent to the rpl provider
3. Evidences of my work experience
As of now, I have 2.5 years work experience in the same field. I am worried about them refusing my application based on the rpl.
please advice me what is best for me.
May I ask what is your occupation and state? Thanks

Hi Guys,
some of you I have seen have emailed immigration and got some replies from them. What email address are you’s using?
there has to be a way of finding out what is there process in picking a case.
With people that applied in feb and March 2018 getting it ahead of people waiting from 2017 and even 2016. Myself July 2017.
It is not acceptable, being a government department they have to be transparent in what they are doing. If you guys have any email address I will find something out.
I called them and they said you're within the time frames so i don't think we can do anything
It's such a mental torture and stress.

According to this a lot of people got their golden mail in March 2017 so finger crossed.

Anyone here applied Cafe and restaurant manager from 2017. Can you please give us your timeline? Thanks

If your account is "Received" I don't think it's Immigration requests your police check, it is likely that your agent requests it. If you see that CO asks for it you should receive a request letter. Did you check for it?
In my friend's account, every action from the CO update "lastest update" date
