can you appeal or do anything with that? Why your employer sponsor you and other guy at the same position? Same time?

Yes, on 6th May, I see other guys also get docs request on that day, so I guess when they finalise, we will get them together maybe same day, hopefully this week, as the MA agent said 3-4 weeks after docs request.(he suggested base on the other application that he helped).

Why there are many Oct files havent been finalised and now they start Nov files?

So I guess for everyone that after 1 month you submited documents request, you will get VISA. My MA also advised that it also happened with other applicant. Hope everything will go well.

Once you got your visa, it's up to you to change the employer, dont make a mess with them then they dont report to the IMMI then you will be ok

are you being sponsored atm? You should know all the requirements before you signed the contract and submited your nomination I think.

to be honest, you are not the one who only been waiting for that long, mine is longer already and there are some other guys has been waiting for soooooo looong also. We all knows that's very frustrated but ... there is nothing we can do rather than waiting.

The CO required some docs related to business financial on 6th May, and 1 doc on my VISA application, that all they need, my MA said it might take 1 months until CO get back to me again...

I've been waiting for over 7 months, IMMI requested some documents on 6th May, and I uploaded few days after that, still havent heard anything yet. Applied 13 Oct....
