hey emon, did you apply your visa through MA ? is she/he say anything regarding your application ? because i apply on february as well but it late feb and my MA told me that, at least i have to wait another 3 months to get feedback case officer.. #sigh

its my circumstances before but my MA wouldn't recommend this since its has a big risk.. its safer to withdraw the first application and apply offshore.. and here i am .. waiting offshore (=_=)v

i have a question regarding nomination refusal at these day ... i heard from my friend, the hardest part to get nomination approval is the first person who got sponsorship from the company who never ever give sponsor for RSMS visa and if the first person getting through it would be easier for the second and so on , is that true ? please advice , thanks

you from RSMS 187 thread isnt? i read your situation but i never reply in that thread since i'm looking for progress only, ) your current situation, similar like mine...for introduction,i'm finish 2 years full time study for Diploma hospitality and work as a chef, my TRA skill assessment for 485 visa didn't go through because the TRA make a phone call to my previous workplace and the business closed 2 months after i quit, so at that time my MA didnt discuss the result with me, and after a week the immigration sent notice to me that my 485 has been refused and need to leave the country within 50 days something(if i'm correct) so we do appeal... i know appeal can took ages to process (my friend told me it can be a year to get a result), also at that time my current company(new company) sponsor quite a lot on 457 visa but since i got all qualification for RSMS, i prefer to choose RSMS(i'm not the first person who's apply this visa from my company). and yes i have to do it offshore because at that time i'm on appeal stage, so i cant apply another visa while i'm on appeal . so leave the country is a must to reset my status appeal and i apply RSMS visa . I have been waiting 4 months offshore already until today, so i hope everything's good ) for your case, i guess as long as you put all information correctly on the form, it shouldn't a big problem.. please have some faith ) good luck !

so all that time your MA didnt give u the acknowledgement letter as approval that he/she lodge the visa? because its seems weird my MA ask for medical after he lodged the visa, because the referral letter .

True, before my graduation visa got refused after i got all requirement and she didnt tell me if i got refused and my visa got cancel, so suddenly she gave me notice to do appeal so i have to pay her again to do appeal , after that she ran away, she dont even reply my message... After she knew i got company who want sponsor me for 187, she came back and offer her service again and want to charge me 9k for her service and i said a big 'NO'

May i know, the timeline of a person who got sponsor before you ? If you knew and if you dont mind to share , sorry, thank you

Its this refusal case makes me a bit worried , since i'm the third person who got sponsor for PR from my company... Is your company is big?

one of my friend is apply 457 visa and suddenly stuck(he was on 457 but got another sponsor and its never been like this) , its like his MA keep telling him that the process will takes longer than usual because at the moment the immigration check everything, and they are on 'security check' which is they check the reason(occupation,how many people,nationality,etc) and the rules its like more complicated now.. i dont know its gonna be same as 187 visa or not.. so just guessing the immigration checking your files to make sure everything's is good )

before i lodge my application my MA told me that RSMS will took 6-9 months to process, probably 9 months is maximum but not sure since some of people still not get it till 1 year already.. also 1 person from my company got his PR the first week of this month and i know, he apply the visa around September-October 2015 (if i'm correct ) so.. probably around 7 months+ ? Don't lose hope )

i just wondering, when i look at the spreadsheet.. the immigration takes a long time to processed the application around June and July 2015, which is take around 4 months.. is that because so many applicants at that time or there's another reason ? because the spreadsheet on july 2015 didnt show me anything since its just 2 persons on the list. I'm new here so i dont know what happened before or anyone got previous spreadsheet and if you dont mind for me to take a look ? thank you :cute:

in my case, i did after i lodge the visa, since they gave me the referral letter (the letter with the code and photos also what kind of medical that immigration want for my application) 'cause the code on referral letter in connected with your application. so when the immigration open your case they will open the health check result automatically. i did health check straight away in 2 weeks after i lodged the visa because my MA told me i can do it anytime and keep the receipt as a proof to the immigration . i hope its help.. sorry, it might be different with another, it just my experience :cute:

i just wondering about nomination, is the nomination always be need it for the company every time someone apply RSMS? for example if 2 persons apply RSMS from the same company so they need to apply nomination twice as well ? sorry about this question because i have no idea about nomination things.. thanks

yeh currently i apply 187 visa as well, but i used MA from my company (they got their own MA) because its easier for them to communicate to gather all the documents and its cheaper for employee compare with another MA. i'm not sure about MA that can do some documents instead of a whole application, so i'm sorry i can't help. :confused: I saw one of MA that quite competent is Aussizz Group ? i dont know about them but since they always post information about visa and all kind of things on facebook, i thought they might be can help for you. Also last time i got information from their post faster instead my previous MA (I have been used some MA as well) . if i were you, i might considered to use MA since the documents checklist for RSMS visa is a lot and a bit complicated ( for me ) also probably you should negotiation with your employer to pay your own MA by yourself, to help you gather all important documents,requirements. Its better to pay a bit more rather than regret at the end, but everything's back again to you, if you can handle everything why not to give it a try . :cute:
