90% Ma is like that. Once they lodge the file they don't listen. They don't reply call or massage becoz they pretend to be busy. I think u have to have ur old passport number in file.if any info missing immi will ask as its not easy to change Ma during the processing becoz every Ma work differently. I m not sure that's right or wrong Someone told me how they distribute the files. All the files goes to one place and then they distribute to different processing centres for example: If there are 50 files from number 1 to 50 and there are 5 different processing centres If file no 1 to 10 goes to 1 centre and then no 11-20 goes to another centre Means no 11 become no1 and second processing centre.
