We are thinking now carry on as normal, could be after Christmas till get visa. Just gonna keep saving, if and when get visa activate it then can plan properly what to do and when to leave. Because if after Christmas it's going to be a mega rush to get every thing sorted, so it's on the back burner now. What will be will be.

Know how you feel, we are thinking just knocking it on the head, then thinking no wait it out, then shall we jus carry on normal sell house buy new one here. Just stuck in limbo.

It's just an agonising wait, we even concidered just knocking it all on the head this weekend.

We just saving up as much as we can we don't know what our final figure will be. Hoping around 30k though. We also have a house here which will be keeping so will be getting rent off that but going to keep that money here for emergencies. I'm hoping to find a job out there asap.

Just been in contact with our agent, I asked her what's happening. She said only two have been granted since start of month and still people that lodged in Feb waiting.

Don't know where to start lol. Will have to start the motions for the cat, get house ready to rent out here, sort through all bits and pack what we REALLY need to ship over, Book flights, find somewhere to stay in aus for a couple weeks when land and keep saving. Think that's it.

When it's does come, we won't know what to do next. What is the first thing you guys plan on doing towards the move, once given the green light.

Was thinking, instead of transferring money from here to aus and having to pay a fee, why can't you just take a prepaid travelcash card, there is no fees and the exchange rate you get at the time is what you can draw out. You can do this up to 10000 each. Then just use it when get there or draw it out and put in to bank.

So emailed agent today asking about where the invisible visa is. She said still no news, it could be down to the fact it's the end of the australian financial year and occupation ceilings could have been met. ?

Just so bored of waiting and not doing anything, we have done really well saving so thought move on. Also if we get visa by Christmas we could fly from there to activate the Visas, method in our madness.

Horrible wait isn't it, we have decided to go on as normal as the waiting has done us in and booked holiday over Christmas to Vietnam and the gili islands, just to cheer us up lol

O well another few weeks to wait then lol, may as well stop checking the emails.

I didn't realise that there was a reset date for the Visas, I just thought they gave them as and when they finished looking in to them. The wait is getting worse and worse please if there is anyone up there in the clouds give us a sign lol
