  1. PR approved this afternoon! Right on the 8 month mark. Visa applied Nov 4 Visa approved July 4 Occupation Scientist Docs requested: Form 80, police clearance waiver for Kenya Even survived a natural justice letter! Best of luck everyone! Thank you for all of your support during all of this! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. It seems to be pretty variable. If they were submitted same day and it has been 6 months, I have seen lots come through within a week of each other. As long as your approval will be very straight forward. If any of those variables change it becomes rather unpredictable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. You don't need the nomination approved, maybe just submitted for 186. Lots of people submit their visa application prior to nomination approval and it is fine. Actually reduces the time of the total process. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I can't believe how blatantly misleading the abc and smh articles were. Thank you for posting immi's response. It is very well written. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. http://m.smh.com.au/national/corruption-and-crime-syndicates-threaten-australias-border-security-20160622-gpp72z.html I wonder if these allegations of fraud with regard to migration are slowing immi down? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Some people have noticed in previous years that there is a trend of approvals falling off at the end of June and then a huge increase in the first few weeks of July. Some think they have reached quota for the financial year and then the new one starts in July...seems to be happening. Hopefully we also see the July increase:) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Priority processing sounds promising! It is also nice that they acknowledged the time and apologized. Hang in there. Sounds like they will get to you soon! Do you know what other area they are looking into. Is there a way to help it along? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. It's a little different in that all months after October are missing the average of the no docs requested column. I don't think any rows are missing. A few are taller because of long comments. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. This waiting in limbo is so hard. I don't even care what the decision is anymore. I just want one so that I can put my daughter in a school I know she'll be able to stay in a restore some stability to our lives... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Congratulations!!!! Good on ya for hanging on that long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. In my request for docs they asked that they be E-mailed to the case officer team. You should download the request letter to see where to submit them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. It doesn't disrupt or affect anything as long as you don't mess with the uploaded docs. Consider not telling your MA as they seem to be rather sensitive about it and they don't know unless you tell them. Good luck!
  14. I asked my MA because lots of people here have said to submit it and she told me not to because it would make me look suspicious. Clearly my MA has no clue what they are doing. I will get it in tomorrow. Seriously people, be very wary of these MAs. So many bad experiences listed here. Anyone have a good MA they recommend in Sydney?
