We had the same case and when you are working with the same company and abn, the bridging visa does count. so you actually can count your time since you had grant your 457 visa first time. But make sure you have not taken any break or unpaid leave in between. Sent from my SM-G920I using Tapatalk

Hey mate, r u joking??? Whats ur proof that they had applied ur 186 visa?? U need to make sure. Just ask them ur bridging visa where u can find all the details. But don't tell em u need it for login immi account. May be u can tell them, u need it for medicare purpose. Next if u got the details n create immi account, make sure u dont mess around. We also had an audit, its simle the ask all the documents seeking the company meet all the legal sponsorship requirement. They firstly had an individual phone questions to the sponsors and the owner and then They sent a long questionaire seeking financial documents like payroll, bank transaction proof, proofing sponsors are geting the pay. They simply go through the documents and check if it matches with the phone interview they a had with owner and sponsors. Based on the document we signed for not paying for sponsor, they can cancel our pr at any time if they got any hints of paying for sponsorship in the future after we got pr. The signed documents for not paying for sponsorship gonna be a fraud document based on which they can cancel our visa. 2nd12th

Hi there, I am worried for one thing, i have applied for 186 transition in February. When i check my super history it show the recent super of around one year old but looks like its is missing before that. When i asked owner they said it must be paid but looked little confused. Is super decisive factor for visa grant. What happen if some super is missing within two years time. Can any one please share case of missing super for 186. Thanks 2nd12th

my employer also had signed the paying for sponsorship from but i am not sure if there is any difference in the form we signed and our employer's form. 2nd12th
