Hello. Im soo sorry to hear this. Was ur MA a registered MARA agent? If you want I can send you the details of my MA. He is very good and professional. He sent me a draft of the application and only when I approved it, he submitted it. Also, I dont think this mistake would have warranted a new application. There is an option to make corrections in ur application if u have made an error. The MA could have easily made the correction rather then re lodging the nomination. I just wanted to know, do you have any idea if the business profit and loss statement was AUDITED or not? B/c my sponsor has sent an unaudited financial statement. The accountant of my business is asking for a lot of money to make a audited statement. And the sponsor wants to avoid as much extra cost as possible. So will that suffice? As far as I know, the DIBP will carry out their own investigations regarding the relevant work experience. But if the assessing body says that its not closely related then I doubt the DIBP will see it any differently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey, Why don't u apply through the 457 to 186 transition stream. If ur employer is willing to nominate u via this stream then u dnt need 3 years work experience. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thank you for your reply. I have asked my employers to issue me pay slips. They have records of payment so that wont be an issue. It was only that, mode of payment being is not an issue with the DIBP.

Hello. I have a query. I am a Dentist from Pakistan and am applying for 186 visa Direct Entry. For the 186 Direct Entry, 3 year work experience is required, which I have. I have submitted detailed work experience references from all my past and present employers. Now as far as pay slips go, do we only have to submit pay slips from your current employment or do we have to submit pay slips from all the previous employers too? All my employments were paid, but mostly in private practices, payment is given either by cash or cheque. I was given my salary by cash handouts at the end of the month. Now, will that be an issue as no proof of bank transfer of payment is available and I was told by someone that never mention to the DIBP that you were paid by cash as they will not accept it. Please help me out regarding this issue as it is driving me insane.
