I would seriously recommend against going forward if your employer hasnt paid you enough!! although they have done wrong by you, it is you who will get penalized by immigration!!

yes so on my 457 grant letter it says 78,000, but my employer never paid me that, knowing that what could I do? they held my visa. Im pretty down about the whole thing tbh

interesting my 457 was granted in 2012, but it states in the natural justice letter that it was a geologist with minimum base salary of 78,000. Also want to give a huge thank you to jazzcrave who gave me valuable info on the phone!!!

no it has to be standard for your area of employment, in my case 78,000

Transition stream, the issue is that I do not get paid more than the industry standard and they have all of my PAYG from the last few years. Im in perth unfortunately does anyone know if I withdraw my application does that prevent a decision being made? thanks
