That's awesome. How did you know you were assigned to WA team? because I reckon you were assigned to the NSW team before isn't? The number you called was the main number isn't? How do you then talk to WA or NSW team? They just transfer you to the right office?

Hey, My nomination has been approved last Thursday 14th one week after (7th) the Employment agreement was requested and uploaded (for a second time as it was already there, anyway). Now still waiting for application to be approved and no document requested so far.

My understanding is based on what it is mentioned on my Bridging Visa grant notification as I'm in the same situation "This bridging visa is not in effect because your Temporary Business Entry visa is currently in effect." As our 457 are still valid then the bridging visa does not come to the picture and only the 457 rules apply. So you have the right to go overseas without asking anything. Hope that makes sense.

I think to finish July will take at least 2 or 3 weeks as lot of people from July have not been contacted yet.

My MA told me the same thing about my overseas police check, but I requested it again and the attached new one also to my application just in case they ask for it. I will not have to wait then.

Hi, I have a question for you. Have you received the grant letter for nomination and the application at the same moment yesterday or the grant letter of the nomination first and then the application one later? Just wondering as I have received the nomination grant letter this morning so hope will have the application one soon.

yes sorry 7th of January. They have asked a letter of confirmation of employment which was already attached to my nomination. We don't know why it has been requested again maybe to be sure that I'm still working for my company after 6 months of application.
