Dear All,
Can anyone please help me to get a link for 187 spreadsheet? When ever I try to find that link I have to go back to someone's signature.
Thanks
It would be useful to forum members if more regular posters could add the link to the timeline spreadsheet to their signatures. If you're using a desktop version of the forum, go to Settings (top right), then under My Settings (on the left), click Edit Signature.
The steps may be different for you if you're using the Tap-a-talk app. Perhaps someone else could help with this? Cheers.

Just a reminder: if you are browsing this forum and have not yet added your application details to the spreadsheet, please do so! The more data we have, the more we will be able to find trends, and the more useful the spreadsheet will be.
Adding information is easy: simply click on the link https://goo.gl/zcZnie , find the month tab (at the bottom) for your visa application date, and, once on the right sheet, add the data requested in the row after you have added your user name. Don't worry about having to insert your information in any particular date order; the spreadsheet will be automatically be re-arranged periodically by visa application date. The spreadsheet will also automatically calculate "days waiting," too.
And if you get that magical "finalised" status, don't forget to update us before you fly free in the Australian skies!
-
My passport expired in month of Sep'15 but i update new passport right after reviewing it . Don't understand about the other document . Waiting Game starts again with hope it won't be long now till final decision .
Nice to see some movement on your application. Hope you don't have to wait too much longer for "finalised."

It's interesting that all 187 visa applicants that have added their details to the sheet are Direct Entry. Any Transition stream 187 applicants out there?

Hi Rajiv, I've added your details. Direct Entry or Transition?
-
Thanks to all 187s who have added their timelines. The sheet is pretty straightforward (click on the link in my signature below), and I encourage you to add your own details if possible. Just a quick note: you do not have to calculate the number of days you have been waiting; I will insert a formula into the spreadsheet that will do this automatically and update on a daily basis.
Let's hope we're all able to add "visa granted" dates soon!
-
You both deserve a great credit to launch this spreadsheet all for us . I'll try to work as much as i can to update this sheet according to the rules of this forum. Hope this little struggle will bring help & useful for 187 applications .
Thank you. There are still some tweaks to be made, but these should be completed in the next day or two.
-
JonOgre can you check your visa date in spreadsheet ? If I'm not wrong you have added wrong date there
Thanks; I was distracted.
-
Thats all i know so far, I hear here people talking about nomination approved date? what is that and when does that happens? Were i supposed to wait until nomination approves to apply for visa? I did apply on the very same date when nomination was applied as my employer passed TRN no to proceed with application.
Can some one explain me in detail, how it works? or how it was supposed to be? Did i do anything wrong here?
Like the actual visa, your employer nomination must be approved by DIBP before your actual visa application can be approved. This does not mean that you need to wait for the nomination to be approved before your submit your visa application. Some people choose to wait so that they don't risk their visa application fees, but in most cases--as in yours, it seems--the visa application is submitted before the nomination is approved. DIBP will let your employer know once your nomination is approved.

Hi Guys,
I am following this forum since July 2014. After more than one and half year of wait, finally today I woke up as a permanent resident of Australia.
Applicants: 1
Country: HR
First Nomination Applied: July 2014
Nomination Refused: January 2015
MRT: January 2015
New/2nd Nomination: February 2015
2nd Nomination Approved: July 2015
Visa lodge: 3/08/2015
MRT open: Somewhere near Sep-Oct 2015, they were satisfied (written in result) but they refused it as the other nomination was already approved.
Visa Doc Requested: 18/02/2016 (Police certificate, it was already there) - VIC Centre
Visa GRANTED: 25/02/2016 - NSW Centre
I wish you all the best and hope you get yours very soon, sooner then you are expecting. If you have any question please let me know.
You guys were a big support and motivation for me. I checked this forum almost every hour
Huge congratulations, 3rdAugust!
-
Guys, if possible, please go to the spreadsheet (see link in my signature below) and add your own details. Anyone can edit the sheet. If you have any trouble after trying yourself, please post your details here, and one of the other forum members will do it for you. But please still look at the sheet to see what details are requested to make the information useful to all users.
To preserve privacy, only your POI user name is needed.
Cheers, and keep the faith!

Once you finish this project let us know so we can add our timelines . Thanks
Our very own 187 spreadsheet is now ready for you to add your timelines! The shortened URL is https://goo.gl/zcZnie
Once we have some data to work with, I will add formulas and calculations for processing times etc.
Credit must go to S RAIKA for getting this off the ground. In particular, huge kudos must go to the creator of, and contributors to, the 186 spreadsheet, on which this 187 spreadsheet is based.
Please share and add this URL to your signatures.

Thanks a lot for this. I'll see what I can do over the next day or two.

i just did try to make a spread sheet for 187 but , i am not sure it will work .
186 spreadsheet looks very complicated.
And i was thinking that the creator of 186 SS might feel plagiarism. ...lol[emoji12]

@S RAIKA, if you want to keep working on the spreadsheet project, please go ahead. I don't want to tread on anyone's toes with this. Cheers.
-
Excatly we would have one separate for 187 only . It will really helpful for us & rest of the new comers .
Unless someone else wants to do it, I could work on a 187 spreadsheet over the next few days, based on the 186 template. Anything to take the sting out of waiting!
-
It would be confusing if 187 and 186 spreadsheet is done together as one. However if 187 wants to add in there, though there are many. Please mention visa subclass so we can have clear indication of both the subclasses.
Now if you anyone including me does not know 100% how to use it ask @bennyluk or @Zet01 to add you in it as we had few people messing up the spreadsheet before. Thanks.
My suggestion would be that 187s just observe, without adding their details. Just watching the progress of 186s gives us 187s an idea of processing times. Adding another visa class to the sheet at this time, as you say, Jazzcrave, would just confuse things.
-
Sorry can find plz help if possible
The spreadsheet is at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kY0XVAWzNjXAxAHC5-PPol_h4Lyl_wcz66c7BUelvXc/edit?usp=sharing
This spreadsheet is for 186 visas.
Although it would be great to have one for 187s, I don't know if there are enough of us to make it meaningful. But if we assume that 187 visas are being processed to a similar timeline to the 186s, it is a useful indicator for us too.
-
Congrats for those just get their happy endings. I've been a silent reader for couple of months. and I need your help.
Here is my Timeline:
Nomination --- 26 July 2015
Visa Application--- 30 July 2015
High Risk country , Off Shore, Direct stream
Status: Application Received
It's been about 7 months now, I check my visa status three times a day But no update at all, not even open my file. Seen so many visas has been granted after mine, I feel very nervous. Dose anyone has any idea what's wrong with my visa? Anyone share the same circumstance with me?
Hi Freddy. Although the service standard is 6 months, and most visas seem to be granted at this stage, it is not unusual to see some go up until 7 or even 8 months. I shouldn't see this a sign that anything is necessarily wrong with your application--there is just some inconsistency in DIBP processing.
Do you have a migration agent? If so, get them to get in touch with DIBP. Or do it yourself, if you don't have an agent. You're well within your rights to do so after the 6 month mark.

Hello everyone!I use to post on here back in February last year but have been absent since!
Just wanted to share my timeline and very exciting news:
Rsms visa approval today (22/02/16) no further documents required.
I did it all myself, nomination first (17/02/2015) approved in May 2015.
Visa applied for on 4th August 2015! So 6.5month wait.
I had done all medicals and police checks before applying.
Low risk, cafe manager, Queensland.
I wish you all the luck in the world. It is a horrible wait, sleepless nights etc but I was in tears when it came through. Relief more than anything, as my whole life is here now.
I am more than happy to answer any questions regarding this visa for people that are doing it alone!!
Thanks
Great to see so much movement here for 187s!
A huge congrats to all who have received PR!
-
Have seen no consistency month wise ( July,Aug,Sep) when it comes to processing .
Expectation & hopes are high from tomorrow as reaching 6month mark in couple of days . Been waiting for final grant after Nomination Approval on 1st Feb . Definitely want to see ribbon candy soon ☺ Lol
True--it's very hard to see a trend. But yours must be next, surely!

Hello mates, nothing much happening on 187 visa from last couple of weeks. I checked ENS 186 visa timeline there are many visa grants.
There are many more 186 members, so the thread is more active and we see more grants. Have faith: things are happening for us 187s too!

According to the spreadsheet, there is at least one September approval. But yes, it does seem quite erratic. This might be because there are so much fewer of us 187 applicants, though, to track as effectively as the 186s.
Keep the faith!
