Hi chad714 we got an invitation to comment on a natural justice letter they want to put 4020 bc then cant not verify an irrelevant work exp back in 2009 and consider it false information.its so unfair.but if we proceed we might get refused so we withdrawing and relodging without that work experience and stay in the que again.infact trying our luck...!!!we are not seeking any refunds.

Having some hope as one of my friend has same situation and their case officer suggested them to withdraw thier application then they loged a new application and didnt mention that previous experience which was considred fake. they are now pr. hope it works in our case too.

You r right.case officers need to see the genuiness of pepole applying for that visa.but they beat the bush.

Thanks ozguy.we r sick of this immigration ,visas,refusals for no reason.i hv seen people they never ever saw their nominated work place dont even know their occupation and hv their pr in first instance. its just luck.

I wish we can edit that column from our form 80.i did consulted to my ma regarding this but he said as its not relevant so dont worry.

He shut doen his business and eloped as hd was convicted of providing fake experiences.we only come to know when he he eloped later immi caught him and he took few names and that list does not hv our name so they r trusing a corn a thug but a genuine family their future,their dream.

But they didnt ask about previous applications we had they just picked up the information we provided and cross checked.i mean if we dont provide it as its not relevent they cant blame us to provide fake experience.does it make sense.

But if they dnt understand it and refuse it means pici4020 and out current visa will be cancelled .then mrt ,stress money ,wait we hv been through all this before.

No we just hv group certificates but its very hard to prove that the owner was lying but immi will rely on his statement not ours.so i think if we put up a fresh application not stating that experince at all.

Can everyone here suggest me if we withdraw this application and lodge another one and dont provide that job experience.

Ok so we find out whats wong we provided a work experience frombzck in 2008-2009 differnt profession not relevent to this profession.that employer failed to name the worker so they r blaming us for lying.we dnt hv much proofs that we r nt lying.so dnt know what to do

We hv been living here for 9+ years hv a child,working honestly,paying taxes etc etc still iff immi shows us red flags and ask us to go back we hv nothing left, its so unfair.i hv been dying every minute since i heard we got natural justice letter for no reason.

@Chad 714 i did requested him to forward me that email but he said he will go through it first and then suggest accordingly on monday.he is my new case manager i wish he just confused our application with someone else.as once i recieved somrone else's emails by the agent.fingers crossed.

@chad714 , not at all my ma is going to pass on that information on monday evening but that a stressful wait so i m going to be in theor office on monday morning.i was bit worried about nomination but rthey approved without any concerns.but this is unexpected.so shocked. I feel like killing my self if something goes wrong.

No we r with the same company since 2010 we hv a positive skill assesment and nomination.no we r nt sending any mails to case officer as we hv agent but we hvnt got the natural justice email yet its still with the agent so just stressing out.my husband is cursing his bad luck.
