  1. Look...my expectation is end of Nov....really don't want to slip into Dec as it enters holiday seasons.
  2. Congrats. I got nomination lodged 8th July and visa 14th. Will i get nomination first let say next week?
  3. can you update your signature mate so everyone can see your timeline. go to setting->edit signature
  4. Then you really have nothing to worry about...DIAC has absolutely no reason to delay your application. Good news is on the way mate..
  5. sorry if i have asked this before but are you sure that your case is not co assigned? did your employer successfully sponsor anyone else before?
  6. Looks we should look at this crap in two ways: co assigned but visa not approved or co unassigned at all.
  7. people like me can't do anything else than refreshing the forum. please share whoever got any news
  8. John, I can fully understand you as I am at the same level of anxiety. I got a message by calling this number ********** that they are processing 18th June on wards. So looks they spent a week to just clear 3 days backlog. Speechless.
  9. Hi stacy, that's exactly what i am thinking about. it's like a workflow - pre-check, check, post-check, approval,post-approval etc. you know. that's why they can send different messages to different person.
  10. Doesn't sound right mate. my friend who just reached 4 months milestone called and got response "we may see some progress next week". They didn't mention this ****. is your case co assigned anyway? do you have any colleagues who applied the same visa previously?
  11. John, did you give them a call or send an email asking for status? It should help.
  12. Exactly the same situation here. I got colleagues who applied early this year and get it in 3 months. I sent an email few days ago and got response within 24 hours. My friend sent with no response.. so looks like it depends.
  13. Did you get a CO assigned? You can send email to enquire about your co allocation status.
  14. if you are using a MA, MA will tell you that your application is decision ready - means all the required documents are verified and uploaded by the time of lodgment. You'd expect no further contact but a straight "finalized".
  15. exactly. number of application is just one (minor) contributing factor. something must've happened in DIAC i guess!
  16. while i also believe so but do you happen to have any numbers that show may/june have more applications than other months? If it's the case, it should be true each year.
  17. Just wondering what make DIAC people so hard to process our application, given the fact that most of the applications are decision-ready.... Question: are there anyone here who lodged between 1sth - 15th July and has co assigned or been contacted please?
