Seems like you figured out my real name Aditya\Alia . Nothing was submitted for the requested documents. The documents were already there. My MA then just replied referring to the original documented attached. May be CO is doing that just to add delay not sure.

Hi Miti, I am not sure about that but my MA covered this. So if you are applying via MA you should not have any issue.

My nomination is still not approved as immi requested some training requirements 2 weeks back. My MA already responded to that. So just waiting at the moment.

Still quite.... Just wanted to check if someone from July was asked to provide some documents (training requirement in my case) for Nomination by immi and how much time immi took later to grant the visa.

No news on PR yet. Training requirements were needed on Nomination which my MA has already provided.(No idea what they are) Still waiting to hear from immi.

Immi is normally slow on Monday.

My MA replied that it is there but we didn't get any confirmation from immi. So i think i have to wait for another 2-3 weeks for immi to have a look at my application again. So just pray that CO doesnt find anything missing in your application otherwise it will add 2-3 weeks of delay.

I am also from the 15th July. Case officer has been assigned asking for some training requirements which were there already in the application. So immi is already onto 15th July. The problem is if they ask for some more documentation, there will be a further delay of 2-3 weeks to get it finalised. So just hope that immi doesnt ask for any documentation.

Hi Guys, My MA just told me that case officer has been assigned to my application. He is asking for some training documents which were already submitted. Not sure why he is still asking. So lets see how much its gonna take. Fingers crossed. I filed my nomination and Visa on 15th July.

Thanks Soorma. In that case it should be fine because my MA has given reference to a colleague of mine who is PR and got enough training in his field in last few years. Also my MA gave me assurance that she has covered this so hope its fine.

Hi Guys, I really find this forum helpful in regards to the immigration updates. I have a query. I have submitted my Nomination and visa application in July with all the documents. But i have some doubts on training benchmark. Till 2 years of my employment i haven't received any training but still my MA says that she has provided the documents to cover that. So is that training benchmark relates to the employee or the employer or am i confused?
